Neither of them spoke English. The job wasn't very good the tub was left gritty and the top part of the tub was shiny while the inside of the tub was matte. My husband was very displeased and expressed it to the guy who I ended up having to have my bilingual sister speak with. We complained to the owner who told us to wait for the tub to cure, and that he would send him back. He sent the same non English speaking worker, and he put cheap caulk around the tub which came out by December. I've been calling the company since to inform them that $475 later from October 8th to December the tub is already chipping and has 3 visible blisters where in just a matter of minutes the layer of paint will be able to lift off like peel and stick wallpaper. The owner covered his rear by taking advantage of the fact that his worker left no receipt or signed copy of the work. It was a cash transaction, and he is flippant about making this right. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The service is terrible, the work is shoddy, and they DO NOT attempt to make things right. The owner went as far as saying it wasn't his company that did my tub. Meanwhile I did receive a card with the date they were coming but had I known the work was going to be so bad I would have held on to the only evidence that they came to mess up my tub. Off to report them to the BBB now.
