Brought my Honda s2000 here they gave me an alignment it was great. Now the bad part was they didn't tighten/impacted my lug nuts. I drove back home 14 miles out with loose lug nuts you can literally unscrew them with your fingers that's how bad it was. Maybe the younger guy or whoever worked on my car wasn't sure or didn't want to damage/scratch my wheels which were TE's brand new btw. [[HIGHLIGHT]]But please check your work.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Had my wheel came undone it would've been a disaster, now try to picture that accident. So unfortunately I had to leave this review. read more

Last week I was on a mission to get all 4 of my tires replaced. My back right tire had been leaking so I'd have to refill at the gas station. My right front tire was showing signs of balding. Then all of a sudden my left drivers side tire got a nail in it. My boyfriend helped me out in doing the search and making phone calls for me. He ended up reaching out here and got the info, then passed it along my way. I run on a tight schedule but it was very necessary to get this maintenance done as I commute back and forth throughout the OC. When I called to set things up, I was expecting this to take at least 2 hours--in asking I was told only 40 minutes! That was a relief already. [[HIGHLIGHT]]In getting to the location I was greeted kindly and luckily with no one else in line.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It took just over 20 to get all new tires and my checked alignment. I did pay in cash but the price was best price we could find and quality of the tires look awesome for my 2012 CRV. I work my car hard and am extremely appreciative my guy found this place and the work that's done here. Thanks! It will be remembered. read more

My car was parked over the weekend, and on Tuesday morning I noticed the back passenger side tire was flat. Apparently I had ran over a nail. Since my previous (and first) experience with this shop a few months ago was positive, i called RDZ Tires to check if they had a used tire size for my car, and they did. Moses was very helpful and honest when I had questions. He fixed the tire, and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. I'll be returning here the next time I need tires. read more

Made an appointment at this shop 1 week in advance, and followed up the day before to confirm my 11:30 am appointment Moses said everything is good to go. I drove out from the IE and got there around 11 am, turns out the guy that does the camber arm work didn't come into work and no else knows how to do it.. no one else knowing how to do it is fine, the guy not coming into work is fine too, but give your customers a heads up if you know they are coming in for that job that no one else knows how to do... wouldn't take more than 3 mins to pick up the phone and say, we're going to have to reschedule because the only guy that knows how to install a camber arm didn't come to work. Just sayin... it's unprofessional, being lazy, and just not caring about the impression you leave with your customers. read more

Came here to get my car fitted with two new tires before the lease return; I was looking around for the cheapest prices for factory required run-flats. Unfortunately, Rodriguez Tires didn't have them on hand at the time but they came through with installing them for me for a super reasonable price. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. My experience with them was professional, nice, honest (I was communicating with them via email for a week or so before I went in), and efficient. My go to spot for the last few years now. Family owned and operated businesses are always one thing I can approve of. Wide range of tire sizes and rim styles. I bought a set of 4 tires and 4 rims all new for an incredible price when I had my 97 civic. Just got new tires for my 2017 Nissan no new rims yet but I was shown a wide catalogue of some I could choose from. Smaller shop so be aware sometimes more so on weekends it can get busy. Better deals than Walmart if you ask me :) read more

I drove 61 miles from Santa Clarita just to buy a set of dekagrams, tires, and coilovers. Everett is really helpful. He even taught me how to lower my coilovers. This place is very unprofessional. They damaged my $5,000 rims due to them being inexperienced and cheap. They started cleaning my rims with a very old rag causing severe scratches. The owner did not want to take full responsibility for something they did. The owner is a young guy with no experience. I've also had people in the past tell me they've had issues at this location. I HIGHLY recommend going else where. Unless you don't mind your car getting damaged. This place needs new ownership and workers! read more

I borrowed my pops car for the day, only to notice he had different sized tires on every wheel, and that they all were about to blowout... Like wtf bruh....How am I supposed to impress the chiccenheads walking down the street with the car looking like a buccet? Bruhhhhhh After stopping by multiple locations I found on yelp, I was disappointed. I was begging to lose my faith In app I've dedicated most of my time to lately. I found this rare gem Rodriguez tires by Yelp... And all faith was bacc.... Thank you yelp!! The homies Everett and Drew were able to hook me up with a near perfect set of used tires. Big shout-out to both of em! Good amount a tread left, at a very reasonable price... I can't believe I've been getting ripped off by other places I've trusted for years. Super cool guy, easy to work with, and his work speaks for itself. Honestly does better work than the big body shops and at way better pricing. Most my cars are Matte and he knows how to match exactly! I've taken all my high-end luxury cars to him and he always delivers flawless results. I'm extremely picky with my cars and I would NOT go anywhere else. Trust me look no further.

Gavin gave me two options initially, and I chose the second option replacing front right light with a used light and repairing the fender. Long story short, repairing the fender (making a bracket and welding) was done in same day, but due to ordering the wrong light twice and/or his incompetence dealing with tesla light programming, it took 1 week and 2 days to get my car back with me getting and delivering him the used light with matching part number myself. He kept blaming on the wrong used light that he ordered and kept being rude, whining to me about his time and money lost working on my car, telling me he is doing me a favor when it was his incompetence in ordering the right part or programming tesla light the whole time. I got sick and tired of hearing this BS (felt like he was a customer complaining) so much that I decided to not come back anymore and will go to a different PDR shop in the future. At one point, he requested I need to make an appointment at tesla so he can bring his car there. Second used light he ordered is "DOT 1077372-00-K", and my original light is "DOT 1077372-00-L". According to tesla and from my research, both lights are compatible, but he could not figure it out and at the end, he told me he needs exactly the same part which according to his words, he took a whole lot of time calling and searching for it. It took me 10 min to find whole bunch of them used and took me 30 min to locate the one that I can pick up locally (1hr 30min away) that worked after 5 min after I brought it to him. I wish he just told me the part number in the beginning, and I ordered it myself as if I did it, it'd be done in one day without all of his whining. His final bill was about $240 higher than the estimate as he added tech bill for $240 (he called tesla tech at one point that didn't go anywhere). After I came home, I also noticed one bolt with a washer below my wipers that he is not replying to me if it's from my car and noticed the upper tub under the hood was not clicked in properly. I was very frustrated, but I still was not going to leave a bad review for him considering my past experience, but as soon as I noticed he is ignoring my texts about the bolt, that was it. I won't go back even regarding this bolt that I have no idea where it came from. He never apologized to me even once during this whole time. His attitude was the opposite. Not sure what changed him.

What made this worse is that no price was given upfront before the work started, which is completely unacceptable. When I raised my concerns, instead of accountability or an apology, I was met with pushback. Jeff, as the owner, I would expect better transparency and professionalism--especially toward a repeat customer. Charging premium prices without disclosure and failing to deliver timely service is not okay. This was an extremely bad experience. I won't be coming back, and I'll be advising friends to take their business elsewhere. Still, they told me it could not be patched and that I needed to buy a used tire instead. Since I was already there and the work needed to be done, I ended up paying $60 for a used tire. What disappointed me most was that I originally thought I would be able to keep my old tire and take it home, because I believed I could patch it myself and keep it as a spare. In the end, that was not how it worked. Their used tire replacement process meant they kept my original tire and gave me another used tire in exchange. So it did not really feel like I was simply buying a used tire for $60. It felt more like I was trading in my old tire, which did not even have a hole that obvious to me, and still paying $60 on top of that. The service was done quickly, but the overall experience left me feeling less satisfied than before. We were looking at buying an Audi Q4 e-tron that had a damage report. A reputable dealership told us it was "minor" and offered to take it to the mechanic for our peace of mind. I had already done my due diligence and familiarized myself with the vehicle and potential issues. I asked Arnold very specific, technical questions that I already knew the answers to. I was unfortunately late by 30 minutes, so I waited for two people (I think they both had alignments too?). However I was out by 90 minutes from start to finish. I think they spent about 30 minutes or less on my car which is pretty fast from my experience. They didn't scratch the rims (19 inch staggered wheels like rear 255/35R19) They used torque wrenches. Tires are well balanced using hunter road force balancer and I didn't notice any wobbling or roaring. I'll be back and on time for my other cars :)

I went here to get a tire I called in advance and they had it for $20 I thought it was going to be more because of the installation and balance but that was all included !
