Hi Everyone, My front right tire edge was almost completely bald. But the other three tires still had 5000+ miles on it. Costco told me to buy new tires ($800=) Toyota Tustin told me to buy new tires ($600...) A Plus Tire Club's Owner Larry went out and checked out my tires and said I just need the right front tire for now. They don't sell used tires but he asked his employee went and checked for one and found one for my 2020 Toyota Sienna. He found a pretty good one with 50% tread left. I said how much? $40 with installation and no tax. 10 minutes later is was on my car, and all tires were cleaned with tire lotion. I gave them $40 plus $10 tip for their honesty, great help in finding me a spare in their used tire that day, and for their extreme efficiency in putting the tire on my car...( they call it NASCAR tire changing like they do in races. I can not believe how cool, amazing, honest, fun, funny, and great service they provided me ( and saved me$$$$$) by letting me know the other 3 tires were still good. I give this place and Larry (the owner) and his employees a million stars! We laughed and sang ( he has this cool singing toy on the front desk... and Larry is so organized it is no joke... he is so neat it is so admirable!). Everybody loves this place! I recently found myself in the market for some used tires and started making calls. When I reached A Plus Tire Club, a delightful gentleman answered the phone and immediately let me know that they don't sell used tires. Just as I was about to say my goodbyes, he enthusiastically added, "Wait, don't go!" He then directed me to a fantastic place on Main St in Santa Ana called Tire Express. To my surprise, after calling around a dozen shops, Tire Express turned out to have the BEST prices for used tires in town! I can't thank that kind gentleman enough for his help. Happy 2026! For my first review of the New Year I would like to give A Plus and a 5 Stars to A Plus Tire Club. During Christmas Eve I was driving back to visit my family in the rain storm and there was debris on the freeway. My options were swerving and potentially hitting someone, or running over the debris. I ended up dragging it along for more 10 miles on the freeway so I was concerned about my car's alignment. I wanted to get a professional assessment for piece of mind. The first shop I went to does not do alignments, and then the second shop I went to did not have the software for a 2023 model. I ended up calling around and other shops that had the software to handle assessing my care gave me quotes ranging between $119.95 to $169.95, with these 4 quotes averaging at $144.95. I feel like that is important to mention because when I called Larry provided me a reasonable quote of $100, AND he was able to accommodate a same day appointment, which the other places were not able to. When I arrived at the shop, I was helped by Cris. He told me that Larry had notified him that I was coming. Cris was super nice and professional. He did the initial assessment and showed me the specification findings on my current alignment and showed me that my car was okay, and did not need an alignment. I tried to pay them, but they didn't want to take my money. After I insisted, he accepted a tip. I am so grateful that I found an honest and kind business. Even if I needed the alignment, they were clearly the best rate among all of those who could provide the service I needed. I remember Larry mentioned he invested good money in making sure he had the best software to support his customers. And Cris said I can always count on them for no frills, honest work, no upselling. Wow the customer service here is unmatched and they are so honest. My Mercedes blew a tire while on the 55 and I had it towed to the Fletcher Jones dealership. The guys at the dealership inspected it and told me I needed a new tire (around $600). I agreed but then they said they didn't have the tire in stock and it would take 6 days to get it in, so I towed it to A Plus Tire Club who said they could order it rushed for next day. The next day they called and said I didn't need a new tire! Christian inspected it and said it was just a nail! So he patched it (AND cleaned the tires and did the brake lines) and Larry (the owner) said not to worry about it and did it for free! I'm so glad I found this place to do my wheel alignment. Larry took me in last minute which I'm grateful for, I called a few places and nobody was willing to take me in because I get off work a little late. After a few minutes of my car on the lift, they came back to give me good news that my car didn't really need any work done and only a minor correction was needed. What was even better was Larry told me he couldn't take my money, as they didn't have to do much. I was shocked, there's not many good people like this around these days. I came in for help installing some lowering springs and an alignment the next day. The service is impeccable Larry the owner and his team are pros. Christian was the gentleman who completed the labor and he did amazing work. Their prices are unbelievably fair. For the help with the springs I paid nothing when I spoke to Larry he just said to tip Christian. I paid Christian 50$ for his quick and knowledgeable work. Mind you I came in with 10 minutes notice and was helped in less than 20 minutes. The next day I called and came in and was helped instantly. I paid 100$ for the alignment and it was stellar.
