    Came home to what should have been my pool opening, but instead a nightmare. I always make it a point to say don't hesitate to call if they have any questions at all and my sister would be there if they needed anything else. After they no call/no showed on our original scheduling date , I had called asked if they were going to reschedule due to the cold snap or if i had the incorrect date, but received no call back again. Instead came home to a broken pool cover, broken key box from using a knife to open it when the key was where i told them, pumps leaking and weren't even pumping because the valves were closed. Even if they had opened the correct ones im not sure how they would have even caught prime since the water level was just below the skimmers . My sister had called me earlier in the day after the workers knocked on the door and said they were done and other than they told her a cover rope broke, everything wlse was good to go! I have had cover ropes break in the past but usually because they were due to be replaced anyway. Not brand news ones and thats why i had originally called to see if they were going to reschedule with the cold snap, considering everything was frozen soild from the rain/snow, seemed like a problem waiting to happen and my suspicions were correct. Everything you want is fairly close by and it's intentionally laid out: strength on the main floor, cardio on the second floor wing, and studios around the perimeter! The space is always clean and I haven't gone at a time that's been very busy, so I always get my machines! The locker rooms are small, to pair with the smaller location, but they have larger shower stalls than other locations, which is nice! I'll definitely continue to utilize this location often!

The experience left me feeling disrespected, unwelcome, and deeply concerned about the professionalism and fairness of the service I received. I visited the club to purchase a day pass for the pool. When I approached the front desk, I was assisted by an employee named Amy. She informed me that my ID was not valid for purchasing an entry. However, I want to make it clear that a valid ID is not required to purchase a day pass--I was fully prepared to pay the full rate. The issue was not the policy, but the way the situation was handled. Amy's tone and demeanor were unnecessarily harsh and dismissive. Instead of offering clarification or assistance, she spoke to me rudely and ultimately instructed me to leave the building. The interaction was abrupt, humiliating, and far from the level of respect I expect from a LifeTime representative. What troubles me most is that the treatment I received made me question whether bias or discrimination may have influenced the way I was spoken to and handled. No guest or potential guest should ever be made to feel singled out or judged. I am requesting a thorough review of this incident, including: Clarification of the ID policy and how it should be communicated to guests. An evaluation of the employee's conduct. Assurance that LifeTime upholds a standard of respect, fairness, and inclusivity for all individuals. This experience was upsetting, and I hope LifeTime will take this matter seriously. I recently took over my father's home who passed away and the thought of purchasing a new cover on top of it all was mortifying... Then, Troy approached the scene and got to work! He put the cover back on the track and even patched a little hole in the cover. He proceeded to clear out the pool cover box and do so without any complaints!!! It's good to know we still have hardworking charismatic people in this industry!!! YOU MADE MY DAY!! Troy deserves a RAISE!!!

I selected Performance pool to do this. They installed it in October of 2023. The winterized it and put on the winter cover. The cover wouldn't stay on and they told me I should just put a bunch of stakes around the pool. The pool was good for the first season. I opened it in the spring of 2025 and the liner had pulled out. I had to drain it and then they charged me $400 to tuck it back in. This spring the same thing happened - it came out so I drained it and tucked it back in and started to refill it. The liner pulled out again while it was filling and I had a bigger mess(sand washed out from the pool base). Keep in mind - they installed the liner originally, they charged me to fix it a year later and it happened again. To me it would seem something is wrong. I hadn't heard anything back after multiple emails and calls and was going to try to fix it myself with I looked closer at the liner and it was peeling and had a couple small tears close to the top. I sent this info over and they finally got back to me saying they were going to retuck the liner and fix the sand but if I was concerned they could replace the liner at a cost of over $6K+. This was after I spent 18K+ to buy the pool originally. Because of all the issues I had I decided to pay for the replacement because I couldn't keep dealing with the liner pulling out and having to drain and refill the pool every spring. They did lower the price but it was still over 3K. the sales people seem helpful but once the pool is installed they won't do much other than pass along your concern. I had copied our sales guy on an email to the service person and was scolded for copying him on the email. The communication from the service team is terrible. I kept trying to get updates as to when they were going to be here to replace my liner and I received a text the morning of that they were on their way. If you buy from here - keep in mind - you will be paying for any issues you might have. After the sales and install I was going to give them 5 stars but there is no way I could recommend them to anyone.

    I rarely make reviews but it needs to be known that this is the absolute worst pool company you can…read moremistakenly hire for any sort of job. To begin, Mohammed is not a nice individual, and rather than own up for his own mistakes, he will blame you. We bought a new house with a pool that was in terrible shape, black water and needed a ton of cleaning and debris taken out. Mohammed had agreed to get the pool clean and clear over the phone, and subsequently when he got to see it in person, increased the price significantly (which was expected with how bad of shape the pool was in and knew it would need a lot of work). We had agreed to the new increased price, under the impression that when he was done the pool would be useable, and he started working on the cleaning. In about 2 weeks he had come back a few times to work on it for an hour or so each time. First issue was with the leaves and debris he took out of the pool, instead of throwing them out in a garbage bag or taking it away, he dumped all the junk around the side of our pool deck. The last day he was there, the pool was still extremely murky where you couldn't even see the bottom of the shallow end of the pool (I don't consider this useable as was agreed at the start of the job he would do). He got into an arguing battle with us claiming that his work was done and he had taken everything out from the bottom of the pool and all it needed was to be balanced with chemicals to clear it up over a few days. THIS WAS NOT TRUE AT ALL. We have since used a real pool company and some of the items that have been taken out of the pool include multiple large rocks and cinder blocks, a broken piece of a ladder, a broken piece of the pool cover, a broken metal rod, loads of leaves and debris that could be caught in a net, and there was roughly 7 inches of finer dirt/debris in the bottom of the deep end that needed to be vacuumed out by the new pool company we used. On top of all this, he blamed us for him breaking his pool vacuum (which he claimed cost him $1000, but in reality online it was roughly $100, oh and he left his broken vacuum on the side of our pool deck not bothering to clean it up), then put pool shock into the pool and made us pay $30 for it, claiming that it was cheaper than anywhere you buy in stores (it is $16-18 at any Fleet Farm or place that sells the shock). The guy is a liar and horrible person to hire. On top of jacking up the price initially quoted and then not doing the job he was hired to do, he blamed us and said we didn't understand what we hired him for. All he did was dump chemicals in and take out maybe 30% of the debris that was in the pool leaving that debris all around the side of our pool not even disposing of it. SAVE YOUR MONEY, HE WILL RIP YOU OFF AND DO A HORRIBLE JOB WHILE LYING TO YOUR FACE.
