This review is given after speaking to the office manager…read more The most unprofessional and unethical dental experience I've ever had. Jenna arrived late, rushed through my chart, ignored my history, and was rude and dismissive from the start. She forced multiple X-rays with no explanation, creating an unsafe and uncomfortable environment. Dr. Angela Walters-Hagen was equally cold, sarcastic, and condescending, even laughing when I said I wanted to leave. Furthermore, they lied to the office manager about their actions. No patient should ever be dismissed, humiliated, or disrespected for advocating for themselves or their medical history. A positive takeaway is the administrative team--Joy at the front desk and office manager, Keisha -- who went above and beyond to apologize and treat me with genuine kindness and respect, which the medical staff lacked. In contrast, Jenna and Angela's conduct was not only unprofessional but careless, insensitive, and unethical.

I have been a customer of Dr. Dale Grove when he started his practice with Dr. Brown over 40 years…read moreago & was completely satisfied. When Dale's son Jeff joined the practice, I continued with Grove but Jeff sold the practice & the current owner/mgmt co, Premier Care Dental, a NY mgmt co. has instituted a menu of Pricing that is twice to 4 times the cost of Berks County Dentists. ( I did my own mkt survey for implant cost on 5 local top 10 Berks county dentists) & Found a $2,000 to $4,000 higher cost for an implant. Premier states on their web site mission statement 'affordable', however that's NY & NJ high end pricing & not secondary markets. I explained this to the Asst. Mgr at Grove & the result of her inquiry was 'NY was not adjusting their menu of pricing for Berks County'. I was not going to pay double for an implant when locally I could get the same service for substantially less. In addition Grove now charges for work performed that day before any insurance coverage is researched. ( an estimate is calculated however mine was $1000 under estimated) so I paid the higher amount. Also, Grove now charges a 3% credit card fee, for medical work with their 'double cost fees. The work performed by Dr. Weber was excellent, however, he had little discretion on the fees directed by NY Head Office. I have found a local dentist to complete my implant at almost Half the Cost quoted by Grove Dental so I'm NOT continuing with Grove Dental after 40+ years there. Dale & Jeff would be Mortified that the 'successful business' they nurtured for years has become 'Corporate Larceny' in Berks County. My Money will Stay Local where we 'as customers' are treated Fairly.

I went to Deibler Dental and the only mistake I made was not going years ago. She is by far the best most caring gentle Dentist I have been to in my 54 years. I am completely astounded by the care I received for a last minute emergency. The staff are extremely friendly knowledgeable and helpful. The Dental Hygienist seems to know more about dental care then many other dentists that I have been to. I am switching my dental care to Deibler Dental and would recommend her to anyone I know !

I hate giving negative reviews BUT...I got invisalign braces for cosmetic reasons as an adult (my…read moreteeth weren't even that bad) and it took almost 3 years for them to straighten my teeth. There were 3 different orthodontists in the 3 years I went there and I lost count of how many ortho assistants were in and out of there... Most of the girls are super friendly and Dr. Molly (newest and current orthodontist) is knowledgable and friendly) but I usually had to wait past my apt. time to get called back... 1.5 years into my treatment they ordered more invisalign and then never even called me when they recieved them. I called and asked if they were there and they said they had been there for like 2 weeks or something. A different time I was told to go to their office in muhlenberg instead of my normal wyomissing office and then i got to the office and they had never transported my invisalign to the office i had my apt. at so I had to wait a half hour. There were more experiences similar to these but I cant remember them all. Overall, not the best experience. For the amount of money I paid for invisalign, you would think the service would be better. In the end, my teeth are straight but it was not a great experience getting to this point. I remember initially choosing American dental because it was a little cheaper than some of the other ortho offices but if I could go back, I would probably have spent more somewhere else in hopes of better service.

if there was a -0 this is what would be given. I'm going to try to make this as short as possible…read more As I went in to have a bridge put in. after the impression came back went in to have fitted and it was not done right, there was too much play on the one side had to get another impression to have sent out again. almost 6 months later had the bridge put in. I can say I am not very happy with it. it has already popped out; I had put it back in and was able to get an appointment 2 days later and for some reason it would not come out so they did not want to force it out, so I left. just the other day it has popped out again was able to put it back in. I have had a bridge on the other side done at least 20 years ago from a dentist that has retired (reason I went to American Dental), and it has not ever popped out the way this one has from American Dental. I can also say the teeth on the bridge are a bit too big and I am sure I will continue to have the bridge pop out again. too much money to be wasted. this is very aggravating. also had an issue for my husband as he was going to have partials and the first visit the estimate was given and was paid however here to find out they would have to do some grinding of the jawbone and teeth extractions the cost was 14K he decided not to go ahead with the partial. had I not said anything (months later) I would have never got our money back. I even had to get the insurance company involved. they never even submitted the claim to the insurance company (even though it would have been declined) until after the insurance company got involved months later, we did get the money back. I have since found another dentist and they are wonderful. they even can-do crowns in the same day, no waiting. I would avoid American Dental Solutions if at all possible.
