Staff is generally friendly, but the person that grabbed my order was extremely nice and was very welcoming! She seemed genuine. The storefront in general is in a prime location. Parking is tight in that busy area, but not the worst. I got a ground Turkey taco salad and chicken & rice bowl. It lacks a bit of flavor, but I would rather have that than something with high sodium. Love that it's convenient to pop in the microwave and enjoy. Purchased 2 meals, one was chicken with shredded cheese and sliced tomatoes. The meal is super healthy and very low carbs. Second meal included chicken with brown rice. Another great healthy meal, low salt and very fulfilling. Both of these meals are excellent pre-workout or post workout. I happened to find out about this place through too good to go. It's a very interesting concept. They essentially have a bunch of meal prepped foods in Tupperware you can pick out and take to go. I saw deals like 20 meals for $200 so you can essentially get $10 packaged meals. For people who don't mind these types of meals the choices are infinite. Vegan options available. There are salad types and microwaveable items. I got a surprise bag and one was a steak salad and the other was a breakfast meal. The salad was super good! You pretty much just walk up to the fridge doors, check out the labels, and pick out what you want. You can sign up for an account and get a bulk discount, or just purchase a la carte. They also offer a first time customer discount as well as a decent discount for people who work in the plaza which is sick. Pretty decent selection of balanced meals and different types of cuisines. Chicken, fish, turkey, Italian, Mediterranean, Mexican, etc. Breakfast options available too. The thing I grab the most is the penne with ground turkey. Also the steak and sweet potato. Main gripe is their food severely under seasoned and lacks flavor. Like it can still be healthy but wouldn't kill 'em to sprinkle some spices in there, ya know! Other than that it's not a bad option when you need some pre-cooked lunch break or post gym eats that are ready to eat in 2 minutes. I noticed that the sodium level is higher than I would prefer, but that said, it's lower than what you would get eating out just about anywhere else. The portion was large, which is nice.
