The employee helping me the first time I was there was very helpful and I was satisfied with his help, however there were some events that I just couldn't believe and I consider terrible customer service. There were two items that I went to buy but because they didn't have it in stock at the moment they told me it would have to be ordered. So they placed the order. One of these items included a low-profile gas block that they usually will have in store for sale but didn't have at the moment. They requested I put a deposit for this item and I don't know why but I complied hoping it would accelerate the process since I needed it before the end of the next week, and preferred to give my money to a local business instead of going online. However next week yeah gas block had not arrived so I had to cancel because I needed one immediately which I did find nearby. Ready Gunner said I had to pay 820% restocking fee for this item even though there's this a standard generic item that they would sell in their shelves. An item that I found about a mile away at another store. It is just bad customer service and because of $8 they will most likely not have my support as a client nor my referral. Btw I was willing to pay their premium prices just to help locally, instead of going online or to Cabelas. Ok If we bring a bigger store into the conversation and say I went to Cabela's and they didn't have this in stock, they'd order it and ship it to my house. read more

Awesome spot! Didn't shoot but they had a huge selection of awesome guns to fire. Super friendly staff! Willie helped us at the coffee bar which is top notch. Great espresso as well as their horchata latte. The coffee is made by the gun guys but you would think they moonlight as baristas, they make a mean cup. Definitely stop by! read more

I really love Ready Gunner. A really great place to shop for a gun, they do price matching so if you find the gun somewhere cheaper they are happy to match. The people behind the counter were friendly and accommodating and did a really good job at answering my questions without making me feel dumb at all. Range and guns are overpriced compared to some of the other local stores. I get the impression that the store is really "gimmicky". Trying to be something, hipster, when they're not. The handful of employees I spoke with were negative toward other shops, pushy on sales, and arrogant. The women employees were helpful and friendly. On the range they sweep shells constantly while you're trying to shoot (they just need to leave you alone). Their handgun rentals are very few, and limited to M&P's and Glocks. Their range prices are expensive compared to other ranges. They do have a nice range, but they have more rules than a hooker who won't kiss out there: where to place your targets, which ammo you can shoot (cannot shoot rentals with ammo from home), cannot shoot shotguns unless buck-shot. As for products, their sales floor seems rather empty compared to other local shops. Summary, it's a nice facility, but lacks good employees and products. Go somewhere else. read more

This place is awesome! I usually go to get some guns and ammo but had an unpleasant experience last time I went so I decided to try a new place. Ready Gunner is by far the best range I've ever been to. The staff were all amazing, very nice and extremely helpful. The staff did everything possible to make sure my dad and I were happy and comfortable. The range it's self is great. We did the tactical range which is only 18 bucks. It has different drills you can do to improve your shooting skills. It was easily the most fun I've ever had at a range. I will definitely be going back. read more

We had a blast at ready gunner. We went for a special family occasion. When we told the staff why we were there they were so accommodating. They were all so kind and polite. I have never been treated so well at a gun range. Aftyn was amazing from when we first walked in all the way up until the night ended! Came in having an issue with my Glock 19 and Willy was awesome. I lived close and so I thought I'd just stop in to see if there was an actual issue it if it was the ammo I used. Willy broke down the slide and cleaned off the firing pin, giving me information about it the entire time. It's a small shop but I think I'm already a loyal, especially because they didn't try to charge me anything for it. read more
