Ernesto was quick to reply on BOTH times when I used his service. All he asked was to take pictures of what needed to be hauled and he gave us a quote within 10-20mins. First time, we rented a 10x10 dumpster which he dropped off and picked up after a week. Next time, I called him last minute and he was able to accommodate us on the same day but at the end of the day. Really happy with the service that Ready Set Junk provided. I reached out to Ernesto with the desire to have a small fence and shed removed from our yard. He was quick to return my messages and gave me a reasonable quote compared to the other vendors I was looking at. We scheduled a day to have the shed/fence and Ernesto checked in frequently due to the inclement weather we have been having. The rain cleared up about an hour before the project was supposed to start, and he let me know that they were on the way and would be there five minutes early. I stumbled across this company via Yelp because the real estate company I work for sold a property that needed an old freezer removed from before handing over the keys to the buyers. Let me just say I barely closed the app within seconds of sending the quote out to which Ernesto was responding within seconds. He was professional and transparent not to mention compared to other quotes I received minutes after from other companies and he was by far the most competitive with pricing.
