They did not offer to help find a replacement or provide any solution, leaving me scrambling at the last minute. I reached back out to him right away to get a quote. He was so great and easy to talk to on the phone, and explained the whole cost breakdown. He asked me to text him exactly what we would need moved, and when/where. He was able to get me a great price; lower than what I expected. We set a time and date with the seceratary and confirmed the day before. I expected that the movers might be late because I scheduled them to come at 4PM on a Saturday, which is always a busy day. However, they ended up Coming much later than I thought. Of course the movers had a full schedule, and I anticipated that. I really can NOT be upset with Precise for being late because Mitchell texted me to let me know at noon that they were running late, and got me in contact with the crew manager so we would have a point of contact. So I knew WAY ahead of time to plan for a late arrival, which was great. The move was supposed to be at 4, and they didn't end up making it until 7pm. Although I was upset that it threw my time frame off by a couple of hours, the issue that caused the late arrival was super unforeseen and they handled everything really professionally: even sent an extra third man for FREE to help speed things up! So awesome! Jay and the crew were amazing, super strong, nice and worked so fast. Everything ended up in the house where I needed it, and they worked their butts off getting it all done in the time frame given: I really appreciate their hustle! One tip though, for the booking process is to make sure you have some extra money on hand for tax when you go to pay at the end of the job. I was paying in cash, and almost didn't have enough on me to cover that expense. I wasn't informed there would be taxes; but I guess maybe that's something I just should have known? They recommended one truck and two men to help and it was about $110 an hour plus a truck rental fee. I paid in cash so I got a small discount on the hourly rate. Rather reasonable compared to the other quotes I got. They were great at communicating with me leading up to my moving day as well as the day of. My movers, Dmitri and Bohdan, showed up right on time and were very professional, friendly, and efficient. They helped disassemble my furniture (and put it back together) and wrapped up everything as needed. I even had a giant plant that I wasn't sure how to move, but since I was only going a short distance, they wrapped it up and secured it in the truck to take over. At one point I even got a little emotional about saying goodbye to my old place and they were so sweet to me. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and can't thank them enough for the help. I feel like most people describe moving as a stressful, but for me it was a breeze.

I had all of my boxes packed in my apartment, so all that needed to be done was move furniture and the boxes. The young men were very polite and easy going. I had informed them that some of the items from storage would be going to bulk trash that was right there in my apartment. They forgot and put all the apartment items in front of the items from storage. They offered to dispose of the bulk items themselves. So that was good. They also broke an item of my furniture. The movers apologized as well as the owner. The owner tried finding someone to fix the item (it is all wood). I was able to find someone who could fix it and I put her in touch with them. They picked up the piece of furniture, took it to the business who fixed it and they delivered it back to my home, no charge. Cons: They took longer than was necessary. It absolutely should've taken 6 hours to move me --- because all my boxes were packed and they finished the storage facility within 1 hour. However, it took 8 hours and that is my only complaint, because I do believe they intentionally took longer than they needed to. I also referred them to one of my friends who was moving from a home, she commented also on how polite and professional they were, but she also believed it took longer than it should.
