Lucky for us, Waterfount is just down the street from us! They are open till 7 PM so we can always swing by after work on a weekday when we are running low on water, which is perfect. I am one of those people who have the special skill of tasting particular water, and believe me, the water here is fresh and great-tasting! They have different types of water but we just get the filtered one with reverse osmosis and it always tastes great. They are a family-owned business and provide the best service around. The location is easy to find and there is plenty of parking in the plaza. I usually go into the store to refill my water, but they also have self-serve fountains outside open all hours 24/7. We bring our own gallon bottles, and they always power wash it for you there before they fill up it up for you. They have carts here to wheel the gallons to the car in case you need it, but I always have my trusty fiancé with me most of the time, so he carries it, and I just support where I am needed, haha! The owner, Eddie, is genuinely friendly and always has a big smile. Thank you Eddie and your team for being in the city of Duarte and offering your fresh water to the neighborhood. Instead of water delivery being a convenience, it became something I had to actively manage -- tracking bottle counts, timing usage, and adjusting my routine just to stay within their service structure. That completely defeats the purpose of having water delivered in the first place. I had a large amount of water on site that I had already paid for, but because my usage didn't align with their internal turnover expectations, they chose to discontinue service. There were no payment problems, no missed deliveries, no disputes -- just a mismatch between how quickly they wanted bottles cycled and how a normal person actually uses water. A customer's life shouldn't have to revolve around a company's bottle logistics. Service should adapt to real usage, not require customers to restructure their routines to fit a rigid delivery model. Dumped by a water delivery company? Yes. If you go with this company, understand that flexibility is very limited, and if your consumption pattern doesn't match their system, you may be pushed out -- even if you're a reliable paying customer.

I'm still recoiling in horror as I write this…read more We've been using Phresh for alkaline water delivery for about 3 months and have enjoyed the convenience. But while my husband and I were changing out an empty 5-gallon bottle, we noticed a white, thumb-sized fleck floating at the bottom. At first I assumed it was just a piece of plastic from the cap, so we emptied the bottle to check. To my absolute horror, it was a slug. We had been drinking water from that bottle for the past week with a SLUG floating in it. I gagged immediately. It was absolutely disgusting and alarming. Another reviewer mentioned finding a paintbrush and pencil at the bottom of their bottle, and I wish I found that than this. How sanitary is their bottling and quality control process if a slug can end up inside a sealed bottle unnoticed? I'm still sick over it. I wish I had taken a picture, but I was so disgusted that I immediately dumped it down the sink. Going to refill my own water from now on, at least I can see the cleanliness with my own eyes that way.

COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my water from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is massive. They do share the lot with several other establishments, but you won't have to stress out about finding a parking spot. Store & Staff: The store itself is small, but it is very clean, neat, and tidy.
