Ever since their company changed management, the service has been unbearable. They are inconsistent with their delivery dates and hours, and the billing process is completely atrocious. They never informed their customer base that they were changing hands, and that old accounts would need to be updated. Right now as I write this review, we are waiting for water that was supposed to be delivered last night; but they never called or emailed to say what happened. Lastly, changing the delivery frequency to only once a water is not a good solution to back-end logistics. Customer service rep said they can provide us with crates so we can stack up close to 8-5gallon glass jugs on top of each other. I'm asking her where could "that" possibly go without them all getting smashed :o/ No real reply from her. I do not recommend their service to anyone. read more

DO NOT TRUST this company. I paid for a system to filter fluoride from water. Me and my family have been drinking this water for 7 yrs, thinking it was fluoride-free. Today I found out that either the company lied or made a mistake. Either way, we have been unknowingly consuming fluoride for years because of this company's incompetence. Great quality water that we feel safe drinking. Our delivery man, Rayland, is extremely courteous and careful to navigate between side to side parked SUV's in a driveway we share with neighbors. They did have a rough beginning with delivery dates when they first took over AMAC, but for the past few months we have had consistent deliveries. We are very happy with the quality of the product and the friendly service we receive. read more

Ever since this company took over AMAC Water the service has been TERRIBLE! They continue to change the delivery with no notification and the accounting..a joke. Each month I call they tell me a different story. I called them Tuesday 08 March 2016 to place an order and was told I was on "will call", news to me, and my delivery dated was today the 08th. Last month I was told it was the 12th, the month before the 10th and so on. I tried to speak with the lady on the phone and well that was like a circus. Then they emailed 3 different invoices and when I called back yesterday I did get a very nice lady who said she would straighten every thing out, well not so much, I received another incorrect invoice so I will now have to call for a third day in a row. I so miss AMAC Water, they were wonderful! I will NOT use Water Event again, I go to a grocery store and buy. read more

I have had wonderful luck with AMAC now called Water Event. The entire reason I am so happy with our delivery service is our delivery man. Marcus is awesome!! He doesn't pressure me into getting any more water than I need. I couldn't live without this service, so I am hopeful Marcus will continue working for Water Event for years to come. He is polite, efficient and always has a smile on his face whether it's 105 degrees or pouring rain. I only hope Water Event is aware of their outstanding employee, Marcus Allen!! read more

I have been dealing with Water Event for about 7 months and my service as well as the water has been horrible. From the sales person,the delivery driver to management. It all started when I was about a month into my agreement when the delivery driver delivered me a dusty 5 gallon jug of water. You would have thought he would have wiped off the jug but he didn't. That wasn't even the problem. As I began to pour my self a cup of water twirling around in the water was a leaf. At this point I was glad one of my clients didn't have a drink of this water. I was furious. I called a rep came out apologize and brought another jug. I didn't want another jug of there water. I just wanted to pay for the machine and be done with them. You would've thought they would be OK with that but No they wasn't. I ask to speak to management and I never received a call not once. Instead I receive inconstant bills just like there service and there water that makes no since what so ever. This company should be shut down to never reopen again!!! read more

I started having AMAC Water delivered to my home in 1999, ~17 years ago. I was very pleased with all aspects of the company, (except for the one issue where one bottle of water tasted, not quite right) and there was ALWAYS a receipt left at the door w/the bottled water. Water Events purchase of AMAC was not a smooth transition. Billing, changes in schedules & deliveries and lack of communications was an issue. I have always valued quality water. I am not questioning the quality of the water (how would I?) What I can see is the lack of customer relationship. Now don't take this wrong, when I have called and dealt with customer service they have always been professional, polite and helpful as are the delivery personnel. Its the management behind the employees, the ones making choices that benefit their bottom dollar. There once was a discount for ordering in bulk, (10 or more 2.5 gal). Not much but it was a price savings. That is no longer offered as of 2016, was not informed of this change. When water becomes $4.12 a gallon (delivery charge included), it's time to look for other options. If you choose to business with Water Event, keep track of every transition, demand a receipt, keep them honest. Ask them to tell you when there is a price increase or any other changes you should know about. If you give them your credit card number or other numbers over the phone, beware of that number being misused. Their bottom line is all about them. My bottom line is all about informing you and when to stop supporting their bottom line. read more
