This is the email I sent to a ReadyRefresh Customer Service Manager: Attached are my two bank statements showing the $61.80 DS Waters of America payment on 5/6/25 and then the $219.07 ReadyRefresh payment on 6/12/25. There were no bills or payments between these dates. There was a bill/payment in May and a payment in June. My payments are automatically debited from the checking account. A monthly payment has never been missed. How can my bill go from $61.80 in May and then $219.07 in June, never having missed a payment? Even if there is a timing issue in billing between DS Waters of America and ReadyFresh, that does not explain a bill three times a regular bill, having never missed an early in each month, monthly payment? That doesn't make any sense. I then paid $80.38 on July 11th, again having never missed an early in the month, monthly payment. My dispute was denied. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. IT WAS PURCHASED BY PRIMO BRANDS. Since Primo purchased Ready Refresh my water delivery has never been on time, and is always rescheduled the night before scheduled delivery. So it is at least a week late EVERY SINGLE DELIVERY. And it takes HOURS to get customer service on the line. I am not a customer. Water was left at my residence in error on Jan. 12, 2026. It is now Jan. 15, 2026. The water is still there. The issue is that it's completely blocking my entrance, and I am handicapped. In case of an emergency, I cannot safely get out of my house. Not sure how a water delivery service can't seem to figure out how to deliver anything. You'd have faster and more reliable service flying to Africa to get water yourself. I've been buying gallon jugs of water to empty in the 5gal jugs I have because they aren't delivering to my local walmart or grocery store either. Primo has recently bought them and since then it's like pulling teeth to get a delivery. I've had our water service for our business pushed back for months now and when I call to ask what's going on they apologize and offer a discount, saying that they will guarantee my delivery will show up the following day. Twice now I've had that "guaranteed delivery" be rescheduled before the end of the day I called. What's the point of scheduling a delivery if you can't count on them showing up? Absurdly disappointed, was happy with ReadyRefresh before the merger. read more

Horrible customer service. Have been with ReadyRefresh since 2020. Started through costco with free basic water cooler rental it changed to $2 a month and now is over $5. When I contacted them about it they replied with generic email and then charged me again $5 seven days later because apparently they missed charging me 2 months ago. So basically if you contact them they won't help and will look to charge you more in retaliation. Note: This is for the same water cooler that has been in my house since 2020. This has been the worst service experience I have ever had. Primo Water (ReadyRefresh) continues to charge my credit card even after I cancelled my account multiple times. Despite receiving confirmation that no further deliveries or charges would occur, they keep sending products I did not order and billing me for them. Their customer service is nearly impossible to reach -- endless hold times, unreturned calls, and no effective way to stop service. To make matters worse, I began receiving invoices months after cancellation, showing continued charges for a service I no longer use and equipment that doesn't even work properly. I have clear proof of my cancellation requests and communications, yet Primo/ReadyRefresh refuses to resolve the issue or refund the unauthorized charges. We were rescheduled every week for a month, it took me responding to every reschedule email (& copying any email I had from them) in CAPS to cancel our account, after a month they finally canceled our account and then said they'd pick up our empty bottles but never did. I finally took them to Lowe's since apparently they are servicing retail but not the individual deliveries. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have only used this service for 2 months and each month, my delivery dates have been moved a week later. Even though I am signed up for notifications, I do not receive them. They change their deliveries willy nilly even when the website states it is out for delivery and then the date is changed to 2 days later. If it is out for delivery, then I don't understand why the next delivery date is 2 days later. Customer service is no better. I tried cancelling and they said they will contact me in 2 business days. UPDATE number 3: I unfortunately cannot give this business more than a 1 star review. Although they did finally resolve my initial concern AFTER I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. But now come to find out their equipment is trash. A water dispenser breaks after 2 years? I expect it to last for the price I paid and the headaches they've caused. I'm in charge of keeping the office filled with water, well I noticed the deliveries stopped coming so I looked on readyrefresh website and learnt that it is now Primo and that delivery was scheduled for 7/11. Well, that day came and went with no delivery. I called and it said I need to hang on for 20 minutes, it has now been 44 minutes before they finally answered. This is by far the worst service ever. The water is never delivered when it is supposed to be. I can never get someone decent on the phone. They are nonchalant about the fact that the delivery is ALWAYS ALWAYS late. We have been using them for 5 years. The last 3 years is when things got really bad. I manage a multi physician doctors office. As you can imagine we have a huge patient population, we do IV infusions on site as well as regular office visits. We always run out of water close to the delivery date, then when we are expecting a delivery it is always delayed. Not by 1 day but usually 2-3 days. I called today because our water from yesterdays delivery never arrived. The customer service rep tells me the next available date is 5 days from the original date. This company has some nerve!! After being a solid customer for so many years, I closed our account in January because we have moved. I spoke to someone and made sure we are paid up and confirmed a zero balance. After a few days of closing, we removed our payment information being there's no reason it should remain online with a closed account. This company tried to charge my closed checking account AND when they didn't succeed added a NSF fee because their fraudulent charge did not go through!! Their notices were forwarded to my new house in NY and it had gone up to $80! I've emailed them and nobody has given me any explanation what the remaining charges were for except that it has collected NSF fees. To the President of Ready Refresh, I am here hoping to shine light to what is evident of the lack of getting my products to my house after several rescheduled updates. Unfortunately, there is no other company that delivers most products like your company does. When email or calling customer service, nothing gets done. It's the same copy and paste response and nothing is done/offered to "make it right". If there is a way to go pick up my products myself, I would. If there is another company that deliver water and other items in the DC, MD and VA area, I'm sure all those people who complained about the service would take their business elsewhere. Calling your customer service line is like talking to Siri on my iPhone and getting a response not related to the product and services you provide. You call customer service and you get at home workers who do not care if you get your service or not. Wouldn't give them any stars if possible. Deliveries never happened on time. Even when I canceled the service, I had to schedule a pick up of the dispenser FIVE times before they actually showed. Unlike others, I didn't have any issue with the deliery itself. It has always been on time and goods were with good care. I rated them as 1 star for their billing and product setup. I was charged a high late fee due to my credit card expired in their billing system, but they didn't notify me on the account web site or by email. Now I cannceled their service. They charge me $50 recondition fee for the dispensor that not even worth $20. That's good. It makes sure I will never come back to them. I am happy with in house 5 stage RO water purification system now. It tastes at least as good, cost much less, and more environmental friendly. read more

I've been customer for 4 years and in December I moved. I've been trying to reach them by phone for 3 months and they have no live available reps then the phone just disconnects. The automated system keeps directing you to use the online service but that is even worst. I have sent over 10 emails and in each email I state that the system has no live reps to help me and I need alive person to call me back. Still to this day no one has called me. In one of the emails I was letting them know I moved and needed a bottle pick up and they charged me $20 even though I was scheduled for a delivery for that day. Then they charged me an additional $20 late fee. My water was not delivered to my new address. I have never had an issue until December 2021 and after 4 long years I am looking for a new company to service my family. I have had enough. These past few months have been absolutely horrible and the lack of availability and lack of communication is going to cost this company big time as the loyal customers look somewhere else for service. read more

Ready for some fraud. I have proof I closed my account over 2 years ago. They delivered me water the other day and said my account had not been closed but delivery was suspended... for 2 years. I couldn't call customer service on the bill because there was a message and no way to connect with anyone. I had to call nestle who gave me the number for blue Triton corporate to sort it out. ReadyRefresh is the worst business I have ever tried to deal with, whether on-line or by phone. Their website is the most user UNfriendly one I have yet encountered. Their practices are unbelievably evasive. When one tries to cancel service, the phone message disconnects. When you try online, you are obliged to send a message to "give us a chance to make things better for you", or evasive words to that effect. I tried three times. Any respectable business must allow you to stop your service at your request..... but they do not allow you to get to the request part, as they block and evade every such step. The only recourse they leave me is to cancel the automatic credit card payment on my account, but that should be a last resort to be exercised in the case of an error or malfeasance. This is only deliberate evasion to avoid allowing me to cancel, but they are leaving me no choice. In these pandemic times most reputable business have really upped their game and learned to deliver respectful professional service. Stay away from this business. Nestle should care more about their partners. read more

We have tried to use the online scheduling tool repeatedly, to no avail, as they either ignore it or their system is broken. This have left us with around 20 empty bottles. We have tried to contact them directly to remedy these issues, with the latest delivery scheduled for December 30, 2019, and instead the delivery was dropped off at the bottom of the stairs this morning (dec 24 2019) and subsequently an email was dispatched to tell us the delivery was changed. They deserve zero stars. They are the absolute worst and I am happy to have finally cancelled their incredibly poor service. read more

I originally signed up for Diamond Springs water service for my office in Downtown Raleigh (they were great). Ready Refresh bought Diamond Springs and I am not exaggerating when I say I have had only ONE SINGLE delivery come correctly and when they say it will in the three months since. (in general, they say they have delivered when they haven't bothered to show up) I have called customer service numerous times, and they are very friendly and fix what they can on their end, but the local management is horrendous. They have never called back when I was told they would, they have ignored all of the notes left about delivery, and have done nothing to fix the constant problems. We were originally with Diamond Springs and they were great to deal with but unfortunately they sold out to Ready Refresh. Ready Refresh would not do a one for one exchange on deliveries. You could only sign up for x number of bottles a month. Before we knew this we left three empty bottles out and were left with two replacements. They took all three and we were never given credit for the deposit on the third empty bottle. They mistakenly charged for more bottle deposits than they should have. We discontinued service and when we tried to contact customer service on the billing error we were cut off three times after waiting over forty minutes total on the phone. Customer service is nonexistent with this company and when you can reach them they seem to be incapable of understanding the simplest of explanations for a billing error/dispute. We finally paid the the errant bottle deposit because it was no longer justifiable to spend anymore time on the phone knowing we would probably be hung up on again. Drink water from your garden hose if you have to before hiring this company for you water needs. They are possibly the worst company we have ever had to deal with, including our cable company. That should give you a clue on just how bad they really are. There are two type of customer service. The kind you tell your friends about and then the kind you tell everyone you meet about.
