Ready Refresh has recently become the worst water delivery service ever. At the beginning of the year, water delivery was off schedule without notice of change. I excused those delays due to the pandemic. Approximately 3 months ago my water was incorrectly delivered to my 89 year old neighbor's home instead of mine, forcing me (63 years old) to carry a case of water and a 5 gallon jug between the 2 houses. I called and complained, at which time the CS Rep offered an apology and removed the delivery fee. On Sept. 9, 2021, I came out to meet the delivery driver because I noticed that my 2 cases of bottled water and 2, 5 gallon jugs were left on the walk way leading to my front door instead of the front stoop. I also noticed that my empty return bottles were not picked up and were still sat the front door. I flagged down the delivery driver to let him know I needed the deliveries placed close to my front door to prevent strain to my back when bringing them in and he replied that I should have left a note on my door for him to see. I explained that he wouldn't have seen a note since he never came up to my door and informed him that all other deliveries from Ready Refresh are left at the front door. I then told him that he didn't pick up my empty bottles and I needed him to take them. He then informed me that he had already closed my ticket and taking them now would not give me credit for the return. This young man was about as helpful as a tick on a dogs ass. He didn't offer to move the deliveries closer to my door nor did he make any attempts to satisfy me by taking back the empty containers. Ready Refresh has continued to increase their prices with a definite decrease in customer service. I called the CS phone line on 9/9/2021 to discuss the less than satisfactory experience and remained on hold for 38 minutes before giving up and hanging up never speaking to a representative. This is unacceptable and they need to do better. read more

Absolutely abysmal. Initial delivery was OK...but once service was established they were a mess. They'd keep delivering water even though I told them to hold off because I had enough. Used their online system, and also called their service line (waiting over 30 mins each time). Despite how often I was told that I was all set and delivery had been rescheduled to a month or two later, sure enough I'd receive an email within a couple weeks saying my water was on the way in a day or two, and it was "confirmed" so I couldn't cancel. The water would show up, and I'd get billed. I finally had enough, called them (and emailed) and demanded they remove my cooler and cancel my service. Thank God it's over. If you delight in being infuriated, I recommend this company highly. Otherwise, if you value your sanity, call someone else. read more

Horrible company to deal with. Constantly pushing back delivery dates. It is impossible to cancel your account online. You have to send them a message and they say they will get back to you in 5-7 days. Are you serious? Just to cancel an account? If you call them it's worse. It's impossible to speak to a live person. Back in 2017, a 5 gallon jug of Ready Refresh purified water cost $5. Two years ago it was at $8. It is now at $12. Even worse....last year, you could place a delivery order, and it would be there next day (or in two days at the latest). BUT NOW - I placed an order on Monday, January 10th - the earliest available delivery was for Tuesday the 18th - over a week later. ***Tuesday the 18th - I get an alert that the delivery will be next day on Wednesday the 19th ***Wednesday the 19th - I get an alert that the delivery will be next day on Thursday the 20th. ***Thursday the 20th - I get an alert that the delivery will be next day on Friday the 21st. ***Friday the the 21st (today) - I get an alert that the delivery will now be another THREE DAYS LATER - on Monday the 24th. Again - my initial delivery request was placed the 10th. I just cancelled my order - I'm not even gong to call them to complain - I don't want to talk to them based on how crazy all this has been. I have been a loyal customer since 2015, but there is only so much stupid that I can take. Oh yeah, AND NOW they have this new feature where you can pay AN EXTRA $99 to have "priority delivery." That's like intentionally smashing your car with a baseball bat, then charging your friend extra money to drive it because "it is much more difficult to drive now." Their website says that they are experiencing delays due to "Omicron" - which is BS to begin with. Translation = we fired all our drivers because they didn't want to get vaccinated, so now we are gonna s*crew around with you both physically (no water) and financially (a lot more money for less service) because we no longer have the resources. I called around, and several other water delivery services in Miami are not experiencing delays "due to Omicron" - sorry. These people are sick - do they really think we are that stupid? There are so many better water delivery services out there - there is absolutely no need to put up with this insanity. read more

They NEVER follow scheduled delivery dates. They consistently leave full bottles in the wrong location and haven't picked up empties in 3 months. Cancelling service with them is extremely difficult as well. Do yourself a favor do not start service. read more

Price increases and constant reschedules are all I am experiencing lately. They are adding more delivery fees and soliciting tips for drivers (clearly, they must be underpaying drivers). If I try to reschedule to an earlier delivery because I am out of water, there is no way, but they reschedule by pushing it back one day, then another day, then another day. A case of Poland Springs bottles is about $10 delivered, but you can find a case in a store on sale for $6 or less. I am really getting fed up with this outfit. This company is utterly awful. The entire purpose is to deliver water. Customers rely on that water delivery and pay for it to be consistent. Every single time I am scheduled for a delivery, it is postponed. At first it was a day or two. Then is started to get longer. My most recent order has been postponed for two weeks. If I have to go buy water and schlep it home, why do I have a water cooler? They are constantly reaching out to you to either raise prices or postpone a scheduled delivery. Do not ever signup for this service if you are single. The charges that are applied does not match up to the usage. I was charged a total of $114 for 4 months of service. I could purchase 10 cases of 48 count waters for $70 and that would last 6 months if not longer. I can purchase a machine in store for less than the cost if this service. Started great, then was okay, now it's a full time job just to get the delivery you PRE PAY for on the actual day it's scheduled to be delivered. Hasn't happened in a year. Their website an absolute joke...nothing works, links are dead, won't upload or re upload so it just cancels deliveries if you even check on your delivery date. They deliver whatever, whenever. I have had 2 deliveries from this company. They were a God send. But they are more trouble than they are worth now. I have been waiting for a delivery for over 6 weeks. They kept rescheduling by the day. I didn't get a delivery for January. Now it is past mid February. It is impossible to plan for a delivery. I would have to take off from work and have canceled appointments to accommodate them and then they rescheduled. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. This will be the 3rd delivery upcoming if it ever arrives. Rescheduled 4 times so far on this delivery. Customer service is nonexistent. I got this service so I don't have to lug water around. I was trying to figure out how many 5 gallon bottles I need a mont but that's impossible due to the constant rescheduling. I have been trying to get ReadyRefresh to pick up our empty water bottles for over 2 months now, I am sitting on 20 empty jugs, they keep delivering top the incorrect address for the water we ordered and they never pick up the empties. They have the worst service ever and no matter who you speak with, no one helps you!!! Very upset business customer. read more

I live in Browns Mills, NJ and my Ready Refresh delivery driver is Brian. I have had him, now, for many months and have to say this man is amazing. No matter what, his smile never leaves his face. Started my order on the website, checked for monthly service. They had a double order for my first delivery and 1 scheduled the following week before the monthy service was going to begin. Calling you have to wait on hold for 25 mins after navigating a poor automated system. They offer numerous time for you to hang up and use the website before letting you wait for a person. After finally getting through the lady was able to fix my order and confirm my 12-5pm delivery time. She said is shows a 6:12 delivery time but the driver would be there earlier than that. I get home from work at 6 and its not delivered yet, I wait till 7:30 before i call again to see what is going on. Again on hold for 25 minutes. Customer service person tell me the delivery will be there around 6:12. I inform them it is already almost 8pm. They respond that the delivery will "probably" be made the next day. I canceled my service, they said they would give me a full refund, we will see if that happens. *Bonus* I go to my local shop rite to return a few 5gal jugs we already had and the machine does not give a ticket. I call the number on the machine and it only has 2 options, corporate accounts or set up delivery service. Guess which company runs the machine? ReadyRefresh. Was switched to them involuntarily when they took over Deer park. Last month, as we all know mail was extremely delayed. Got my bill from them and they added a $20.00 late fee. Called them, sat on hold for about 5 minutes and was told they would only waive it if I never had a late fee waived before. They only had to look at my account to see I always pay on time. Customer service rep had a bit of an attitude too. Plus they charge you for every little thing, even $3.00 for paper invoice fee. I am done with them. read more

The water they deliver is good, but the customer service is awful. I was shorted a bottle from my delivery and it's been three weeks without so much an answer about giving me credit for the shortage. I am so disappointed with this company. My service was canceled three months in a row because of a glitch in their system. And today, my delivery was canceled and its literally right before Thanksgiving. I have no water left and when I called customer service the guy keeps telling me it's my account. When I check my account, it says that you received the money because it was withdrawn from my account. I was then transferred and put on hold for 10 minutes. I have been with this water company since 2005. According to math, that's about $5500 I have paid out to them, but now I am SOOO done. I've been with the company for over 2 years now and their service has been declining, while their prices continue to increase!! They constantly reschedule my deliveries last minute. Because they reschedule and delay my deliveries regularly now, I always run out of water and have to go out anyway. What's the point in having water delivered if you have to go out and get it yourself?! Every time, I call in and spend at lease 1.5 hours on this issue every two weeks. It's an overpriced inconvenience at this point, so I am looking into other options and planning to leave this aggravation behind asap! I highly un-recommend! UPDATE: I spoke with the Supervisor, Janice who promised me they would deliver my water today. I even received one of their fancy texts and emails saying they will deliver my order today between 11am-3pm. Needless to say, they did not. The only thing they DELIVER ON IS EMPTY PROMISES. No thanks! Run as far as you can in the other direction and find another water delivery service! I have not received a bill and called them stayed on hold over 35 minutes just for them to answer, gave them my email to send bill to it was never changed, had to call monthly, they would not deliver water because we did not have a zero balance (impossible to have a zero balance if do not receive the bill), they finally decided to deliver on 11/4/2021, never received delivery so I called to inquire and was told that the driver put in that we told them we did not need water after i was on hold for 25 minutes. I asked to cancel my service and she could not do that it would have to go to another department and was on hold for another 25 minutes. Well the driver never showed up at my place of employment. It is a huge cemetery and we would not have said that because we have been with out water for months. read more

January 22, 2022 - I placed an order 2-3 weeks prior to the delivery date for 01.10.22, every day since then I have received an email (even on weekends when they are closed and I can't call them about cancelling anything) they have postponed my delivery to the following day due to a change they made to their schedule. I have tried to cancel this order, but Customer Service is not allowed to do this, and a manager will not take your call or call you back, because you cannot cancel an order when it is within 24 hours of confirmation. So it's due Tuesday, they will send me an email/text Monday pm after 5pm, or on weekends, that it's postponed until Wednesday b/n 7a-5p, but I cannot cancel it the following day, because that is less than 24 hours, because they don't open until 9pm. Here's the other kicker. I've called twice now to cancel my recurring order, because you can't do it online you have to call it in. It was mentioned that you have to cancel a recurring order 3x for it to "cancel in the system." apparently that means you have to call them 3x to cancel the recurring order, because it still is not cancelled after the 2nd time I called. The rep couldn't provide me an email confirmation, but he did provide me a confirmation #. I let him know in this workforce he really needed to find a new employer. I can't believe there isn't a competitor out there that snakes this business from these guys, it's surreal. read more

Customer Service is a nightmare. Delivery guys are great. But I had to sit on hold for 25 mins to speak to someone who transferred me to someone else, who was in billing and incompetent. If your in billing shouldn't you be able to read your invoices to see what the breakdown for the charges are? She then transferred me to a Password Reset person why in the name of God would that help me with my invoices not showing up on the website. That person was nice however...................She then transferred me back to where I first started. It's now been 1 hour 10 mins. I'm back in the queue with a wait time of up to 25 mins. They used to deliver to my door, now they leave the water outside and I have to get someone to bring my waters inside my apartment. I was a customer for over 20 years with this company, they stopped sending me invoices and without any notice after 4 months they put me in collections after I paid what was owed they wanted more money to reinstate the account and a credit card to take the monthly payments out. I enjoyed the delivery for 2 months and then I saw a steep decline in service. Our water is supposed to be delivered on the 6th which was changed from the 3rd by them. On 9/4 I received a message that my water would be delivered on 9/8. On 9/8 I called in to find out what time the items would be delivered and while I was on hold I received a message that the water would be delivered on 9/9. Today I logged on and saw that my day again was moved to now 9/10. No call, no email, and no text. Nothing. Had I not logged in, I would not know. Service is now canceled. This company has zero customer service - can't get a real person on the phone. All they want to do is continue adding late fees when they are not appropriate. We cancelled account in September and paid all funds due, however, they keep piling on late fees even though we have payments posted by the bank. Rather get my water from Amazon. read more

I am a customer and could not be more unhappy with this company. They delivered 8 bottles of water rather than the 2 we ordered. We are in a small office and do not have the room to store the 8 bottles. So we emailed them and received no response. We then called customer service and after waiting on hold for half an hour we were told that someone would come out to pick up the extra bottles the following Wednesday. No one showed. So we called customer service again and after waiting for another half an hour to speak to someone we were told that they do not do full bottle pick ups and that the prior rep had not told us that they would pick them up. Which is exactly what the prior rep had told us. I cannot imagine a company run in such a way. I can only suggest that you should find another water delivery company. read more

They don't listen to deliver instructions. Mine seen extremely simple. Ring the doorbell. Not asking them to stay and wait for me, just ring the bell so I'm notified then leave. They can't do that. They'll say your water is scheduled for one day and will continue to reschedule your delivery without notice. They'll do this for a week or so, until you run out of water completely, then deliver your water to your neighbor's house....and still won't ring their doorbell! You email them, gotta wait 5-7 business days. You call them, on hold for over 40 minutes only for them to make empty promises. Once my next delivery comes...whenever that is, I'm canceling.
