For my first home, the actual owner showed up for my installation. This guy was amazing! He connected my Sonos Arc and Sub in my living room and ran my wired outdoor speakers through my walls using the Sonos receiver. I was so impressed I hired them a second time. Next, Unify connected my Yamaha receiver to my second home's upstairs loft. Again, they ran the speaker wire through the walls and ran power and HDMI cables through my cabinets. I also purchased a second sub and receiver from Unify for my living room and had the tech connect my ARC, two subwoofer, game room, and outdoor speakers. These guys are true masters of their art! Then again two weeks ago, "The tech cannot find your home."; and on the phone, "I will get this straightened out and maybe we can get someone scheduled for tomorrow" (when there was already someone supposed to be scheduled to be there that day). I admit that this is not wholely Verizon's fault. We ordered the T1 through Earthlink because it was $200 less monthly than going direct to Verizon, but this kind of service proves that monopolies are inherently bad business.

I also found plenty of office items and possible decorations. PostalAnnex+ also has a small P.O. Box section, it's smaller than a UPS P.O Box station but it's still helpful and convenient. My only gripe for this place is that shipping a few small art items like crayons and a small toy (all in a super small box) cost over $30. It's kind of insane how much shipping costs now. Regarding hostility & mansplaining: A young guy was making a loud public scene, and the whole team of women working there handled it so professionally and respectfully, I could not have been more impressed. This was the second time over a 4 year period. The first time I didn't supervise at all what a…read moredisaster. Keep in mind both times hired for deep cleaning and if you don't remove anything = no deep no pay. They get paid to throwaway your things and that pretty much says it all. . . New items still in retail packaging, to very personal items,at the very least they don't seem to have any rules for re-organizing. Any thing you want to find could be any place when they were done including in the trash! The biggest difference between the two times me being able to redistribute things to a proper place which took me several months and very overwhelming. However this time I'm handicapped in a wheelchair, and I live in only the kitchen and living room (my wheelchair to large to use in the rest of the mobile home ) so you can imagine how cluttered those two rooms would be most of the time! Before they got started I explained my needs in detail and how I would not be able to function if my layout changed? They both agreed and said they understood? Now remember they get paid in my case to remove a volume! Just before the removal I was just able to take care of my needs and I was still looking for a caregiver! Now this time I stayed right with them to avoid problems, boy was that naive. We removed 18 heavy duty commercial 62 gallon plastic bags. That was the nicest part and during these two four hour sessions they made me feel like they really cared about my possessions and that they wanted me to give them directions on where to put them! I was fooled again! Most were put any place but where I asked them to be! All my appliances in the kitchen were on the front of the counter so I could use them. Now they were unplugged and pushed to the back of the countertop where I can't hardly reach them. When I put them back where I can use them it's unbelievably hard to plug them in! Several things I had grouped in certain areas and when I started looking for them to use they weren't there! And most I have yet to find! I have digestive problems, I got home from the store ready to make yogurt only half of my machine was there (2 parts) were missing it was 6 months old so yesterday I had to buy a new one because my ibs was acting up and I had to have that special yogurt! And the list goes on and on! I have been back in my home for one week and was promised help finding things I couldn't? So far no message Phone call or emails. If I can't find a lot more missing items I my end up in a nursing home because I can't take care of myself, the way it is now, my white fan I was using when thy started was gone I said I'm using that ! They said we put it away. I don't have a/c or a water cooler they told me they would get it back out they didn't and it's been in the high 90's in side of my mobile home and I don't have any one to get it out for me! Sleeping, not hardly to hot! Most of my neighbors are not getting around very well either. So, ever so slowly from my wheelchair I have been trying to find 6 items I need to cook food or make repairs on broken things I can't afford to pay someone else to fix. In a week I have found 2! They have taken my ability to take care of myself and just about made it impossible only time will tell! So, remember these people only get paid by volume removal new or old things no matter what you have they don't care! Watch closely even that doesn't help!!!
