This place doesn't exist. We stopped during a long road trip and the address is a random corner, where only a jiu jitsu warehouse is.

The meat was inconsistent-- sometimes it was good and sometimes it was tough. The highlights of the visit were the cheese breads and the overpriced pineapple mint lemonade. We didn't get offered cheese bread -- we saw a family table served them after we had been there for most of our meal. Our server had disappeared never to return and the rest of the staff including the hostess studiously ignored us. My spouse resorted to hailing random people with I know you're not our server. We did get our cheese breads hot out of the oven after we could snag someone and the cheese breads were so good. My spouse loved them so much we had to flag someone down again later for more because again, we didn't have a server. The salad bar offerings were good but some of it felt old. I ate some sliced cheese that was flat out hard. Not sick so I guess that's good. Anyway, we wanted to like this place but I feel like if you're spending this much money, you should have a stellar experience. The cheese bread and overpriced lemonade should not be the highlight. Also, there was broken floor trim near our table so it was difficult to move my chair to get up. And the fake wood floor planks were peeling up near us. This place is a never again, which is too bad because the other Brazilian steakhouses we have eaten at have been an elevated, special occasion. This felt like nobody cared. Save your money and go somewhere else.

There is someone who plays piano near the front of the restaurant. My 2 year old niece really enjoyed that the pianist played Let it go from Frozen. From the moment we sat down, you can already see a lot of staff going around serving different meats. I was overwhelmed at first because there were so many options! The salad bar had a lot of fresh foods! Im glad they label everything since I do not eat dairy. I wish they had some bread with no cheese though. My favorite meat was the chicken hearts! They are sooooo good! Cooked so well! I also really enjoyed the short ribs. So tender. Highly recommend! Worth the price!

There were six of us, so we decided to order a few items from the larger-serving menu to share everything family style among us. Here is what we ordered (prices all as of June 2026): Picanha Steak Platter (served with White Rice, Black Beans, Farofa, Vinaigrette, and Chimichurri Sauce) $69.99: This was delicious and came with about five pieces of steak. What I liked most was that some of the fat was still attached to the meat, which added a ton of flavor. The White Rice was fluffy yet firm, with a subtle citrusy lime flavor that was really refreshing. The Black Beans were also tasty and savory from the sausage mixed in. Chef Special (Sliced Picanha) (served with White Rice and French Fries) $48.00: This was basically a "sliced" version of the other Picanha platter we ordered. The meat seemed leaner though, since I didn't notice any fatty pieces. Both dishes were good, and it really comes down to your personal preference on whether you enjoy a fattier cut or a leaner one. Ribeye Platter (served with White Rice, Black Beans, and Fried Polenta) $74.99: This was also very good, but several of us thought the Picanha had more flavor, so we ended up preferring that to this Ribeye. The service was pretty good, and the food presentation on hot plates was excellent. One thing to note is that the restaurant felt a bit stuffy from all the smoke coming off the hot plates, so just be aware of that as you may leave the restaurant smelling like grilled steak. There was also an additional 5% charge for credit card payments that they failed to mention until I noticed it on the bill and inquired about it. I would've much appreciated it if they had been more upfront and transparent about this fee instead of leaving us wonder and discover on our own this "supplement charge".

My experience with Bacalhau Grill was extremely disappointing and frustrating…read more Before placing my order, I called multiple times because I have significant food allergies and needed to verify ingredients and preparation methods. Asking questions about allergens is not a matter of preference--it's a matter of safety. During these calls, I experienced repeated hang-ups while simply trying to get information about whether the restaurant could accommodate my allergies. Eventually, I was assured that my meal could be prepared without the ingredients I am allergic to, so I felt comfortable enough to place and pay for an order. Unfortunately, that was where the problems only got worse. After placing the order, I waited more than an hour and a half. During that time, I repeatedly attempted to contact the restaurant for updates and clarification. Instead of receiving assistance, my calls were repeatedly ignored or disconnected. It felt as though the restaurant was actively refusing to communicate after taking my payment. The most upsetting part of the experience was that after assuring me they could accommodate my allergies and accepting my money, I never received the level of communication or service that any customer should reasonably expect. When someone has food allergies, clear communication is essential. Being unable to get answers about an order involving allergens is stressful and unacceptable. What should have been a straightforward transaction turned into an exhausting experience filled with confusion, unanswered questions, and a complete lack of customer service. I spent considerable time trying to reach someone, waiting for an order, and attempting to resolve the situation, only to be met with silence and disconnected calls. I understand that restaurants get busy and mistakes can happen. However, repeatedly hanging up on a customer, failing to communicate after taking payment, and leaving someone waiting for over an hour and a half without meaningful updates is not acceptable. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and basic communication--especially when food allergies are involved. This was one of the most frustrating restaurant experiences I have had, and unfortunately I cannot recommend Bacalhau Grill based on the way this situation was handled.

Not only an eatery, there's also a market. Sadly, we weren't able to go through it. Save that for next visit. The restaurant is very comfortable and quite busy. Our friends (who are in the know) say it's more of a small Brazilian bistro; no matter, the food and the service are the attraction. Both top rate. Plenty of tables but most are already occupied.
