    Chicken Parmesan

The restaurant was remodeled and use to be Bacalhau Grill. It looks beautiful and the market with all the traditional food and ingredients and wine is located on the other side of the wall. The staff are kind and helpful. We decided to come with our family to dinner. The steak platter, steak sandwich and the chicken fingers with the French fries and chicken Parmesan and Bacalhau Gomes Sa were very good. Unfortunately the other dishes needed some help. The pork sandwich was soggy and the marinade was not tasty and pieces of pork were disappointing. It was not the traditional Acorian food. The other steak platter my family found to be chewy. And none of the salads came with dressing and they didn't give us any options. When we asked for Ranch we got Cesar dressing 2 times. Some water glass we were provide were dirty 2 times. We had a reservation but they seemed very unprepared for us and there were only 2 other tables seated. It was unfortunate.

As a Brazilian, I was looking forward to my meal but I found the meat to be very tough which is not typical of the picanha. The side dishes were tasty. For dessert, I tried the Romeo and Juliet which was well balanced and not very rich. The staff was friendly and there are a lot of options for dishes and sandwiches and other Brazilian street foods which make this a great stop. Next door there is a mini grocery store that sells a lot of Brazilian and Portuguese products. I left at the time when a musician was setting up but it's nice that they are beginning to provide entertainment as well. Lastly, there are several TVs in the restaurant inside and it's very dark. I think customers would be happier with less TVs and more natural lighting. The outside area is pretty but it wasn't set up for sitting. I would love to see the quality of the meat improve so this can become one of my favorite spots.

I knew this place as Bacalhau Grill a while back. It seems they serve the same brazilian and portuguese dishes under this new name. The menu indicates that most items take 15-20 minutes. But my takeout order was ready in no more than 10 minutes, on a slow Monday of course. I ordered the codfish with cream, a truly addicting dish. The taste has not changed, super creamy and buttery, and strangely more affordable than before. It even came with a small side salad. There are a couple things that have changed though. The menus are in English, which makes it so much easier to order. Also, the restaurant is open later, so I can actually grab dinner at dinnertime now (Bacalhau Grill used to close at 4pm). Woohoo! This 5-star review is mainly for the delicious codfish with cream (aka bacalhau de natas) and stress-free takeout experience.

Absolutely terrible. The food little was served was either cold or greasy. Service was equally disappointing--slow and rude. I've had better meals from gas stations. Save your money and go anywhere else.

We went shopping for some sweet bread at the supermarket. So we decided to have lunch at Silvas. Normally I would ordered a steak, but today is Friday. So we ordered Coffee fish fritters to start. We ordered Gomes de SA for lunch. The fritters came out quickly, but were served warm. they were tasty.more potato and a little bits of finely shredded cod. It would have been better if it was served hot. the lunch was ok. A small portion of actual bacalhau ,a big scoop rice and a small salad. It was a little dry for my taste. lm used to it swimming in olive oil. But maybe this is a Brazilian version. For a small restaurant it was crowded. I think most come here for the steak. Which smelled great as it passed by. I'll probably come back on a weekend to try the meat

My family wanted to have dinner somewhere new and I came across this amazing place. Camila, Ronald and Farias helped us and was very patient with us. It was our first time at a steakhouse like this. They were patient and checked on us often. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Thanks to Camila and Ronald we will be back. Thank you for treating us with so much love. 10/10 food it was excellent.

I absolutely love what they have done with the space. Every meat was so delicious. My favorite was the picanha, soft and it just melts in your mouth. The lamb was amazing, the pineapple was so juicy and tasty. The service was superb! Definitely coming back again.

The staff here are really nice and helpful too. They even give you complimentary containers of their salt rub. My partner and I specifically come here specifically for their Picanha steaks which are extremely high quality and affordable. They're great to cook using the reverse sear method or grill like they do at Brazilian steak houses. They taste fantastic with chimichurri or even just with flaky salt because of how buttery the steaks are on their own. The last time we were here, we got 10 steaks for around $150 and we seriously thought we'd be spending way more. Of course the cost will depend on what you, like the prime rib here is very expensive, but weigh out your options! I do think everything else here seems to be a great price for the quality compared to mass grocers. I'd highly recommend anyone to check out this shop!

It's always hit all these marks consistently. The service has always been beyond anything you could ask for. I can promise you that your water will NEVER EVER be empty here. My husband and I have been coming here for YEARS. It started with a date night, turned to birthdays, anniversaries and family dinners. This place has been so very special to us, that we even hosted our Wedding Dinner Reception here after our Wedding in SF, which was INCREDIBLE. I have to shout out Jessica and Fera. They were BEYOND kind during the whole planning process for our wedding. They helped create a perfect menu and calmed me with any questions I had weeks leading up to our wedding. Fera was also able to add some of our favorites to our specialized menu. From the warmth of the host greeting you, to the kindness of the waiters, chefs and even the owners... the experience is exceptional. It literally continues with every bite you take of their delicious food!! Just an idea for ya: Ambiance: Arya is luxurious, warm, cozy and elegant. Perfect for a date night or dinner with your loved ones.. The rich warm tones of the restaurant make it SO welcoming and classy. Family favorites: Calamari - Perfect appetizer. Battered perfectly, it pairs good with the sauce. Sambosa -The perfect puff pastry the potato filling is just delicious. Ceaser Salad - HELLA delicious. The Dressing hits all the right spots when you bite into it. I could eat a whole bowl of this. Lamb Rack - This is plated beautifully. Lamb is extremely juicy, tasty and well-seasoned. It pairs perfectly with the roasted potatoes, whole garlic and the fresh herb sauce on the plate is (you might have garlic breath after, I promise it's well worth it.) Boneless Chicken kebab - OMG, this is the most tender, and flavorful chicken you will ever eat. Everything is seasoned to perfection, juicy and just so flavorful. We will be back. God willing for many more celebrations to come.

Rather than dismissing our concerns, they took our feedback to heart and extended an invitation to return--one we decided to accept. Last night, we had dinner at Arya and it was the event of the day for my wife and me. From the moment we arrived, the entire team--from the receptionists to our server Serdar and the support staff--treated us as honored guests. Every interaction felt warm and genuine. The food was exceptional. We started with a mezze platter featuring delicious spreads, pastries, and felafel, followed by a mixed green salad that showcased some of the best burrata we've ever had, topped with tiny, sweet berries. Our main courses were equally memorable: a stunning Fesenjoon pomegranate-walnut chicken stew with a perfect balance of slightly sweet and tart, and a side of basmati rice studded with almonds, pistachios, berries, and orange peel. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, unique, and delicious. But what truly made the evening special was the service and genuine hospitality. Serdar, our server, was remarkably warm and attentive. We had fascinating conversations with him about his world travels, the uniqueness of Persian cuisine, and his recommendations for authentic Turkish breakfast and dinner spots (he's half Greek and half Turkish, which made his recommendations all the more authentic and personal). Mehdi introduced himself during the meal and checked in on us with a genuine interest in our experience, not just as a manager, but as someone who truly cares. When we mentioned we had no room for dessert, Mehdi surprised us with a beautifully presented pistachio-saffron ice cream served in an ornate bowl made of ice--a perfect final touch that felt like a work of art. This visit demonstrated that Arya is a restaurant that listens, cares, and delivers on its promise to provide not just excellent food, but genuine hospitality. We left feeling valued and delighted.

Drinks are on the pricey side- I had a Hero Old Fashioned and the Taylor Made, $20 each. They were nicely crafted, so worth the price. The restaurant had a nice visual ambience, but also felt casual as there was a lot of chatter, which isn't a bad thing depending on what you're looking for. Our waiter was especially friendly and helped us decide what to order. I really wish I could remember his name, as I'm posting this a bit late, but he was a huge reason why we had a great experience! Here's a quick rating on the food itself: Stuffed mushrooms (3.5/5): This was recommended by the waiter as a favorite among patrons. The mushrooms weren't bad or anything, but for some reason, it gave me combination pizza vibes that I wasn't expecting. It was good, but I wouldn't go out of my way to order it again personally. Bone-in ribeye (5/5): an amazing cut that was cooked perfectly. Exactly what you would expect from a good steakhouse. The compound butter was fantastic! Bone-in apricot glazed pork chop (3.5/5): this one may hit different for different folks. The pork was perfectly cooked and juicy, but the apricot glaze was definitely a little too sweet for our palettes. If you're looking for something more savory, I might try something else. But hey, sweet might be your thing too! Caramel popcorn sundae (4.5/5): we got this one complimentary for being our special day, which was a really nice surprise! And it was a full serving! This one was obviously sweet, but surprisingly more subdued than it sounds, which was really nice! Overall, it was truly a memorable night with great food. And though some things didn't quite work for our palettes, I can totally see that it may for others--so that didn't impact my ratings because they were still good--just not for us. That said, the care that we received on our anniversary was what truly made me land on a 5/5 rating. Definitely coming back for future special occasions!

Sat at the bar again. Disclaimer is this is just my experience.... As we sat down we were greeted just fine. Ordered a couple cocktails. The wife received hers and about 5-8 mins later I asked for mine. Whether or not it was true the bartender said it needs time to set. Well you could have said it takes time while my wife was waiting to sip on hers(mediocre communication). We then proceeded to order the scallop appetizer. While the presentation was good. The scallops were rubbery and overcooked. A few mins later we had to ask to order some entrees. Key words "had to ask". I got the hot stone trio. She got the lobster risotto. We decided on indulging a little. While we were waiting I asked for a wine list... 5 minutes later I asked again different server finally got the list. No revisit. The food came. Still looking to order wine about 8-10 mins in a different bartender came in and asked, we ended up getting a bottle wine. The food: the hot stone trio, for $230, mediocre cuts of supposedly A5 Japanese wagyu. They were out of the Sanuki and said we'll substitute with an Oregon beef. Just not worth the money. The lobster was ok, the risotto was already cooled off, seemed like it was sitting. So for 2 of us with a $700 plus meal the service was not on par with other similar establishments. Combine that with food that was definitely not worth the $$$$, it is not a return for me. Including hosting business here. Not sure if they judged us cause we weren't all dressed up, due to just coming from the local movie theater or what, but service was not there, unfortunate.

At many restaurants, that would be a problem. At Henry's, it becomes a reason to test the rest of the grill. We ordered the Porterhouse and the Sirloin, both medium rare. The Porterhouse was solid: balanced seasoning, clean grill flavor, no unnecessary tricks. A lot of restaurants can do a good Porterhouse because the cut already has drama -- bone, fat, tenderness, presentation. But Sirloin is different. Sirloin exposes the kitchen. Especially that strip of fat running along the edge. If the grill work is careless, that fat becomes chewy, greasy, or wasted. Henry's handled it beautifully. The meat stayed true medium rare, while the fat edge was properly rendered, lightly charred, and full of beef aroma. That is real steakhouse skill. Medium rare lean meat plus properly rendered sirloin fat is not automatic. It takes timing, fire control, and experience. The baked potato was simple and correct. The salad was classic old-school steakhouse style. Dark beer still feels like the right companion here. Henry's is not trying to become trendy. It is not chasing presentation. Plus, now that you have to pay for parking, you'd think it would get better. Anyways, basically come early to give yourself enough time to find a spot. Good for a special occasion dinner since it can get pricey. REVIEW #4042
