Paula washed both girls hair. Then, she dried their hair before cutting. After she cut the hair, she textures the hair, and then styles it. My daughter goes to Paula for her hair too. The salon is decorated in purple and sparkles. Purple is my favorite color, so I loved the decor. Paula and her staff couldn't be any sweeter. She has 5 dogs and their pictures are artfully displayed in the salon. I thought the prices were very fair and reasonable. The girls looked beautiful and were very happy with their hairstyles. I was impressed how Paula asked each one what they wanted. And, she checked back to make sure they were happy with their looks. Their is a private parking lot behind the salon, which is very convenient. I can see why both granddaughters love going to get their hair styled.

The manufacturer says it should take 1.5 hours. When I asked about the missing steps, I was told she used a different cezanne treatment on me. There is only one cezanne for non blond hair. There is only an express and a regular. She said she did not use the express and I am not a blond. Very disappointed!
