Vicki was prepared to provide an appraisal quickly and affordably, but after reviewing my situation she advised that while the county's assessment was sloppily done, the impact on my tax bill (what I ultimately cared about) was unlikely to improve (for reasons too complex to go into here). I was grateful and impressed with Vicki's knowledge, efficiency, and honesty. She could easily have convinced me to pursue and appraisal, but advised me not to. Now I can rest easy that my tax bills are fair, which I consider a win.

Moved in with no working heater, and argued with Ralph and his "Experienced handy Man" for 2-3 weeks before my WALL heaters actually worked... They removed the Safety switch as the heater would not stay on.. I was told not to leave the heater on toooo high because the house could start on fire.... Moving out was awhole another mess, He does the final walk-thru and check marked and signed there is NO DEDUCTIONS, but 2 weeks later finds numerous deductions that were not on the first "final walk-thru" paper... I was contacted back fairly quickly by phone though I had mentioned that I wanted a response back by email due to the fact that I work long hours and do not answer my cell phone at work. I then got a text message from someone stating that they were contacting me from the agency and when was a good time for them to follow up. I explained that I would like to see pictures of the inside and more information especially lot rent since it was a mobile home. It has been well over 2 weeks and still no response from anyone, pictures or more information. Not really a good first impression for a realty agency. Customer service speaks alot. Especially considering you're on commission. Will not ever buy a house through your agency.

The first time it happened the tech they called said we need a new hot water tank. The owner did not want to replace so they only fixed. A couple months later, same thing. They fixed...24 hours later it broke again. It took them two days after that to come out and replace part of the broken part, but not the entire part...so here we are again Tech out yesterday. No hot showers on a Monday. Now it's Tuesday and I tried to take a hot shower at 5:30 am. Nope. Intempus doesn't care about slumlords and they manager property as if they are a slumlord.
