She hung up on me after being extremely rude on the phone and told me to go live on a "farm" because of the kind of pet I have (it is a teacup pig which is the size of a cat, fully grown. I called her back because she didn't even ask the owners of the apartment if it was ok (she told me at the beginning of the phone call that she doesn't know if pets are allowed). She then threatened to call the police on me and report me for harassment. I want to add that this listing has been on CL for about a month, and it is obvious why it hasn't been rented out yet- because this agent has no clue how to do her job. Clearly she doesn't know how to represent the company she works for. I would not recommend this group to anyone after my experience.
