The atmosphere is great and there is plenty of seating at the bar and at the indoor and outdoor tables. The bartenders are always friendly and eager to help customers. They'll also let you try things before you commit to a drink. Definitely worth a stop!

A canopy of umbrellas dangle from above giving a whimsical yet effective cover from the sun. The menu is rather extensive and offers a nice variety. I ordered the Druthers Smash Burger and my wife ordered the Braised Short Rib French Dip. While we waited for the food our waitress brought out complimentary homemade potato chips along with a dill dipping sauce. The chips were light, crispy, and cooked to perfection. The dipping sauce was tasty. The burger and french dip were excellent. They have a nice variety of beers to choose from. I was curious about Uncurious. It is a New England style IPA and after trying it, I declared it the best beer in Saratoga Springs! My wife had D-light. And I honestly think it is the best light beer I've ever had! Service was friendly and professional. Turns out our waitress shares my wife's occupation (teacher). They had a nice conversation. She was super friendly. Northway Brewing had been on my "must visit" list for some time. There's typically about 20 beers on tap, and there's enough variety and familiarity - combined with flavored hard seltzer pours - to satisfy anyone's wish list for a flight. The space is comfortable, to allow conversation to flow freely among your own friends and everyone sitting near you. And don't forget about the dogs demanding your attention at this dog-friendly site. I appreciate the growing number of breweries in the Glens Falls-Lake George area, but honestly, if I'm coming to the area with friends, we'll come here first.
