Do Better, PS Property Management. Our Community Deserves It…read more As a longtime homeowner in Highpointe, I can say firsthand that PS Property Management, and specifically our community manager Chris Hashisaki, have failed to meet even the basic expectations of professionalism, transparency, and responsiveness. Requests for records that should be easy to share digitally are stonewalled behind outdated certified mail requirements -- even though state law allows for "electronic or reasonably available formats." When questioned about lack of enforcement of clearly documented nuisance issues (like persistent dog barking), Chris's response was essentially "go talk to your neighbor." Meanwhile, any issue you bring up seems to immediately trigger a complaint back at you, whether or not it's relevant or legitimate. It's retaliatory, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Residents are treated like a nuisance instead of valued stakeholders in the community we fund and care about. There is no accountability, no effort to listen, and certainly no transparency. Even requests to view the HOA's management agreement -- a basic right under Texas Property Code -- are denied unless you jump through hoops and pay per page for what is almost certainly a digital document. This is not how a community should be managed. Chris H is not the right fit for Highpointe, and PS Management's poor policies and practices are enabling this dysfunction. Homeowners, take note: we deserve better. And we have every right to demand it.

Joe was patient, reliable and communicative in walking through all the specific requirements and constraints. I would highly recommend Joe for any real estate needs you may have. He is honest and straightforward and always keeps his clients needs as his priority. He also found a reliable property manager to manage the property!

Both experiences were rather unpleasant and I would recommend using anyone else for realty services. As a tenant Steve is extremely passive aggressive to a childish degree and trying to request any maintenance work the few times we did in the two years we rented was always a hassle and an ordeal. He was so unpleasant to talk to I avoided it most of the two years we rented and luckily only had to do so a few times. During the buying process our realtors worked with him and through him the buyer and we had several delays due to him not getting paperwork ready in time and they complained to us several times how unhelpful he was during this process. They had worked with him before but never had the issues with communication and gettings things in on time like they did during our process.

I was on a tight timeline and needed a fast move-in date, and Kevin did everything he could, plus more, to make it happen. He was incredibly responsive, answering all of my questions quickly and thoroughly throughout the entire process. His professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and seamless. Beyond his excellent work ethic, Kevin has an amazing personality. He was friendly, positive, and genuinely cared about helping me secure the home I was interested in. I truly appreciate all of his hard work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and dedicated real estate professional. Excited to be a part of Hendricks Real Estate as a whole.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU RENT FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!…read more Disappointed is an understatement. Since our move-in 3 years ago, we have had continuous, systemic issues with the AC unit. Our first summer here, the temperature skyrocketed to 85 degrees upstairs and the system was completely unable to cool the home properly. We contacted Hendricks Real Estate multiple times; they sent out HVAC technicians on several occasions, but no permanent action was taken to actually solve the root problem. During our second year, they finally agreed to have a technician reinsulate a portion of the unit. While that was a minor, temporary patch, the underlying cooling failure continued. Fast forward to this summer, and the house is still severely struggling. During peak afternoon and evening hours, the indoor temperature sits trapped at 75 degrees and will not drop to a comfortable level until well after midnight. After raising our ongoing concerns again this summer, property management's response was essentially to tell us to deal with it, even suggesting we should sleep in a 78-degree home. I have three children, including a small infant, and 78 degrees is flat-out unsafe for an infant's sleep environment. We pay a premium rent of $3,000 every single month to Hendricks Real Estate. We should be able to live and sleep comfortably in our home! It has been a constant struggle for 3 years to get Hendricks Real Estate to listen to our concerns and make a genuine effort to fix the overall cooling issue. They choose to do the bare minimum, checking diagnostic boxes on a clipboard while ignoring the fact that the property itself cannot maintain basic livable temperatures. Paying top dollar for a home with failing AC functionality is unacceptable. Beware renting from this company.
