The equipment is up-to-date, specifically the treadmill. I like my equipment to be modern and plentiful. I haven't tried the pool yet, but my main focus and goal, is the fitness area. After my work out I wasn't able to locate my key to my locker to access my belongings. I went to the front desk and spoke to Gabby. She immediately stepped in to help. She was extremely kind, patient, and proactive. She went out of her way to ask multiple team members for assistance and did not give up on helping me resolve the situation. Coach Neal was the only one who stepped up without hesitation. From the moment he came over, he was calm, understanding, and very professional. He took the time to assess the situation and ultimately helped me gain access to my locker, even though it required extra effort to resolve. His willingness to help, along with his patience and positive attitude, made a big difference during a frustrating moment. Both Gabby and Coach Neal demonstrated excellent customer service, teamwork, and genuine care.
