Very impressed with these guys. I called and I was scheduled an appointment with Serg for the following day. Nico the owner called me back right away and told me "instead of tomorrow they could come now". Serg was here within the hour of me calling and told me I needed my control panel replaced on my washer machine. He then said he could "try" and fix by removing and cleaning and putting back together . It worked for one wash and broke again. I called immediately and let them know . Nico's honest opinion was "it's not worth it to fix "and he would refund all of our money excluding the diagnosis fee. This is the second time I've used Real Tech for appliance repairs. The ice maker on my Bosch refrigerator stopped working. Niko found the problem to be a piece had broken off. He thought he could take the ice maker with him and fix it with epoxy and if it didn't work we could look into replacing the unit. He brought it back the next day and it worked! Amazing guys and amazing service! On Saturday evening, my air conditioner broke down. I contacted these guys on Sunday at 9 AM, and they responded within 30 seconds, offering several options to come out and try to fix my AC the same day. Amazing, right? I didn't expect to find anyone on a Sunday who could come and try to revive my air conditioner. My technician was Vlad. Vlad even managed to arrive earlier than the scheduled time. My air conditioner is almost 20 years old, and Vlad could have easily sold me a full replacement. But these guys are honest and fair. Vlad diagnosed the problem, replaced a small part, and fixed a few other minor issues, and lo and behold, the AC started working again. He performed all the necessary tests and said that despite its age, my air conditioner is in great condition and will last a while longer. They charged me a very reasonable fee. Called for a diagnostic on my whirlpool washer. Vlad came and tested and said my drain pump is bad. So I told him I would just pay for the diagnostic fee $75. I asked for a receipt, Vlad told me I have to call Niko to get it. So I had to call Niko to give me a pdf invoice over text message couple hours later after Vlad already took my cash and left. I ordered a factory oem drain pump. Installed it and 2 weeks later my washer is still have the same error code with not draining. I called Niko and told home Vlad missed diagnosed my problem and the drain pump did not fix my problem. I asked what's my next step to do. Niko said that he would not want to come diagnose my problem. So, I Called Zajic and they came out and did a diagnostic and explained to me my problem and they offer 30 day warranty on their Diagnostic. If you want to waste your time and get a cheap price use Real Tech, you get what you pay for. If you want your repair done right, look for another company.
