Our dryer was squeaky and then stopped working/turning completely. Requested a bid on Yelp and Nick was the first to respond. The diagnostic fee was less than the others and he waives it if he does the repairs. He arrived very promptly at the beginning of the time window. He is extremely nice and takes the time to show you exactly where the problem is and the parts that need replacing. He had all the parts and fixed the dryer very quickly. He had to basically take it completely apart to clean years worth of hair and lint, get the new drum rollers, belt and other parts installed. Super efficient and my dryer runs like new now. He even took time to fix a loose base cover on my fridge that he noticed unasked. His pricing is very reasonable and fair. I submitted a request for a quote at night and got a response within 15 mins. He offered to come out first thing in the morning but I requested a later time, which he was happy to oblige. The diagnostic fee was more than reasonable and the best price out of all the companies I reached out to. Nick showed up early and got right to work. Real Tech - Yelp Review 6/22/22 Nick was prompt, professional, and courteous. He worked quickly to diagnose the issue with our fridge, a common problem with which he was familiar. He very accurately described the inner workings of the fridge, and his swift disassembly of the shelves and inside cover revealed precisely the picture he had painted. The issue turned out to be in the ice machine, and not only did he offer to service our ice machine, but also described how to do it in case I cared to try myself. He also pointed out that he found the water supply hose kinked, and straightened it and taped the excess to the back of the fridge. After he left, we found that the once annoyingly-slow flow rate of the water dispenser had increased significantly! Nick is an engineer and is quite humble about it, giving credit to others where it is due. He communicates extremely well and is very polite.
