Our dryer broke and I found Nick on Yelp. I sent him a message to make an appt for him to come take a look and he responded right away! Other businesses I messaged, I got an automated message asking me to call a different number. But Nick personally messaged me back right away and was able to come out and diagnose the issue in no time! He's a super nice guy. He even took the time to I explain everything he was working on, showed me exactly what the problem was and what some potential new problems we'd be facing with our dryer if we didn't replace those parts as well. He was very knowledgeable about everything and had it up and running it literally 25 minutes. Once he was done working on the dryer, he went above and beyond to tell me a few tips and tricks on how to care for the dryer a little more so that it doesn't happen again. He also took a look at our garbage disposal even though it's not what I initially contacted him for. He drew a diagram for us and thoroughly explained to us what he thinks the problem probably was. Nikolay arrived exactly at the stated time he said he would. He was very thorough in explaining why my refrigerator was making a loud humming noise. Because we both can't fit behind the refrigerator, he showed me through pictures of what was happening and what was causing the humming. He was very honest and explained that the fan did not need to replaced and he showed me what he did to stabilize it. He has a strong knowledge of refrigerators and knows what he is doing. Nick is a life saver! Our refrigerator went out. I requested service through my home warranty, but they referred me to a company that had terrible reviews and the earliest they could schedule my was for over a week out. Our washing machine had been leaking water for months, and the lint screen in our dryer wasn't sitting properly, so clothes kept getting caught and tangled up in the corner of the screen.
