They have outdoor pools that are open to the public for a fee and they use their indoor pool for lessons.

My team was losing until flip cups lol. We came back and won the battle lol! My husband said he enjoyed it and would do it again & that he had more fun than he expected. They have now gone through 2 and half billing cycles talked to about 4 to 5 people between the horrible treatment on and off the property of said coach, who went through the system to get my personal information to retaliate for contacting upper management on his gross behavior, pursuing me and other members at the same time, giving free lessons to nonmembers, (I guess if you used to play for Intennse the rules don't apply), asking for inappropriate things with other members and myself, threatening me, even treating junior players bad. The only time you get fired from the same position, high performance coach is if you curse out an 18 year old junior player and his mom off property at a tournament in another state not if you assault a member. Corporate is really lacking in their moral standards. The list goes on where they do not care. Do not go to them about anything, they will not help you. I still have not been refunded, it shows in the system as zero balance, after continuing to be treated like I was the problem when in actually it was the club and their employees. It is so disappointing when all I did was try to support them for years. I spent at least 30k at this club in 18 months supporting their programs. Took so many lessons and tried to help as much as I could. It didn't matter who it was I showed every employee from every department respect and became friends with a few, to be so disrespected in the end. I would never have came here if I knew this was going to be the outcome.

They require you to sign a waiver relating to rules of engagement, injury liabilities, etc. You and your kiddo(s) have to wear grip socks when in the play area. The price was great for one day as well as the food prices. The food is kid food so pizza, fries. Pretzel bites, corn dog bites, stuff like that. The pizza was tasty, you know like better than frozen pizza and almost like school lunch pizza. Tasty. They'll have slices and whole pies to order. They have a bubble area for when it's bubble time which is adorable considering my little loves bubbles. Most children like bubbles. They'll announce a birthday if the kid is having a party there or not, they'll do a shout-out which is cute. The staff was attentive, polite, and helpful. I saw some of the senior staff knew some of the kids' names since they were frequent visitors. The play area is a good layout. Some moms were watching in the play area while some sat in the cafe sitting area to watch their kids. I even seen a few moms working on their laptops which was cool considering those moms had bigger kids like 8+ that didn't need as much supervision as the toddlers. The layout has something for everyone of all walking ages. They have big and little slides, a trampoline area, a nice jungle gym, again, something for all the kids. A great place for kids to play and a nice place to have a birthday party because they offer that as well! 10 out of 10.
