Since it was the winter and with my steep roof I was patient enough to wait until the weather got better to have it addressed. On March 25th I called their office and spoke to Alexa who informed me this work order I submitted 5 weeks ago has not been taken care of and NO ROOFING COMPANY has been contacted. Furthermore she informed me that Nemanich does NOT follow up on work orders that are submitted and do not reach out to their subcontractors for status. This is disheartening because this issue with my roof continues to happens and has now caused more damage to my ceiling. In addition, to have a trail of follows up and emailed them on April 7th, and April 8th and have not received a phone call or response to my email. Their core values as they state of their website is nothing but a marketing scheme to entice when in reality they delay work orders for months and months on end and us a homeowners have to stay on top of them to get anything done to our homes. We pay almost $2000 per year for rudeness when we call all the while our homes are falling apart and causing more damage. Since this has gone on now for almost 10 weeks with no answers on when this will be resolved I have no choice but to file a complaint against this company.

I do not recommend this REALTOR Association. While the staff may be pleasant to you in person, they speak poorly of their membership behind the scenes. This association has also turned more than 50% of its staff in less than a year and nearly its entire board of directors officers as well. The reasons mentioned here -among others- may well have played a role in its inability to retain high caliber leaders. Additionally, the staff that is paid for by its members spends much of its time on personal pursuits like game apps, personal social media, and long personal phone calls. This is an egregious waste of members' financial resources. TRAR does not embody the REALTOR Code and anyone considering affiliating here or sponsoring events would be better served by Mainstreet, the Fox Valley Association, or many of the others available.
