Jonathan was very professional and courteous. He has done many years of heating and cooling, before broadening his scope with general contracting. I have a weird "low boy" electric water heaters located in a weird corner under my kitchen counter tops. To even get to it, you need to pull-out the dish washer, and crawl underneath to it. Jonathan assessed the situation, and since my electric water heater is unique, in the sense that you can't just go to your local Menards or Home Depot to get, he took the effort and called over 5 different Chicagoland places. We were lucky enough to locate one, and only one in all of Chicago, that was available on the same day. Jonathan drove over and grabbed the water heater. He assessed the situation and estimated the amount of effort/labor and quoted me a fair price. Even though the work took a lot longer than expected, Jonathan did not charge me extra for it. Overall, the job was completed as expected and I now have hot water, minus the leaking water for my condo neighbor below. They had to reroute some pipes and had no problem with it and made the area look like neat. Carlos also installed a Smart thermostat and we love it. We can control our house temperature while on vacation and have the peace of mind that everything is running as it should.
