There was a analysis performed on the entire site. The problems were determined despite no documentation regarding the original install. The technician Brian or Bryan was helpful, professional, and genuinely tried to assist me. He communicated well and did what he could on his end. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the owner, Brandon. Brandon was largely unresponsive throughout the process. At one point, I was even accused of not paying for the service, despite the fact that payment had already been made through Apple Pay. When this issue came up, Brian or Bryan also had trouble reaching Brandon, which speaks to a larger communication problem within the business. It is extremely unprofessional for both a customer and an employee to be unable to reach the owner, especially when payment disputes are involved. This situation could have been resolved quickly with basic communication. I appreciate the effort and professionalism shown by the employee, but the lack of responsiveness and organization from ownership made this a bad overall experience. I hope the business improves its communication and internal management moving forward.
