But things were very different. Since they already have all my info from last year, all she did was add my W2 and told me the amount I'm going to get. When she told me that, I told her I did it somewhere else and they told me I can get $283 more than what she told me and she try to get it as closest as she can and everything was going smoothly until I told her I need to step outside and make a phone call that's when she said you have to pay full amount witch is $100 before you leave. She even said how do I know you're coming back. She could've stated it in a different way if that's how she feel. Also I wasn't aware of that they get paid by hours not service. At the end I was able to step outside and made the phone call and came back . At that point, I believe it was one of the owners came to me and told me to go in her office and work with her again, without even asking me what went wrong or what was the problem. Bottom line is DO NOT go or give them all you're informations before you ask all the questions you have because they lie. I walked in 4:41PM and left 5:12PM

FALSELY FILES TAXES. FRAUD. SCAMMED $19k AND WAS CAUGHT…read more This company falsely filed my taxes. I opened a fraud investigation with the IRS. They then lied and claimed their software was hacked. When they fraudulently filed my taxes they attempted to route a check for $19k to an electronic account. THE IRS flagged it and ended up mailing me a hard copy check. If I had not received that hard copy check I never would have known that this FRAUD company was SCAMMING me out of my return and trying to steal $19k from me. Everything I stated above is on record. The owner was reported and yet they still operate. I do not know how many other clients they would try to steal from.

I met with Poonam Bansal, ,who I believe is the owner. We spoke over the phone and I explained that I needed my personal income taxes completed for 2011. She quoted me a decent price and was very personable, so I went to visit her. She was really thorough and patient in explaining all my forms and what I needed to get to her. When I got back, I sent most of my stuff to her via email and in a few days, she had completed my taxes. I'm unsure if I would have gotten the same amount back if I did this on my own, but I was definitely pleasantly surprised to see my return. Just the ease of giving your taxes to someone and having it completed so quickly is a nice feeling. I will most likely use her again. Just note that she seems to be getting busy as she said she's working every weekend until 9pm, so I would assume that the closer it gets to Tax Day, the harder it will be to employ her services.
