I continued to schedule appointments, of which I did end up paying for and they were not offered to me for free like promised. I have many issues with this place. I was scammed out of thousands of dollars, would go to my appointments many times to find the building locked and no one there, and would get told that my next session would be free or that they would offer some sort of discount, in which never actually happened and I always had to pay full price. Oh and I still have the tattoo I was trying to remove! I saw NO progress from the laser sessions, and my tattoo still looks brand new. Every other tattoo removal place that I have consulted is appalled by the lack of removal progress, time spent going here, and the amount of money that I was scammed out of.

When she told me that my treatment was $600 I was shocked but she kept saying that you get what you pay for. She was only right in the sense that I was very unhappy with what I paid, and equally unhappy with the lack of treatment. 8 weeks later and there is almost no lift. Close friends cannot even tell the difference after the treatment. And their answer is to pay another $600 to show me how well the next treatment will work better. At this rate I could buy a house before having my tattoos fade with how much they charge and how little they provide. After a brief conversation with them about my disappointment they got very defensive and then insisted that because they've been open for so long that they provide great service. I suspect they haven't seen their reviews for the past few years if that's their logic. Wanted to believe they had my best interest in mind but I cannot in good conscience suggest that anyone give them their hard earned money. My honest advice is to find someone else that knows what they are doing and will charge you appropriately.

They took no responsibility, offered no compensation, and even acted like this was somehow my fault. The emotional whiplash of being told you have treatments you paid for, then having them suddenly disappear, was completely dismissed. I emailed corporate multiple times and received no real help or accountability. They also overcharge, charging the same price for face-only Clear + Brilliant as other med spas that include neck and chest. Unprofessional, careless, and untrustworthy. Once they have your money, you're on your own. Avoid.
