Every time my eyebrows turn gray within a few months. They were also uneven (they were not sisters, they were not even cousins - both of my touch ups were to try and fix the original artist that did them crazy) and too thick for my taste, so I decided I was done with it. Everyone at Removery was so friendly and they really put you at ease. Lynn is GREAT - she tells you the good and the not so good that could happen. She doesn't oversell the situation. I felt like I could trust her. They got me in while I was there and it was definitely a quick (but spicy!! lol) process. I actually like the way my brows look after just one session (around the 4 week mark) since it acts like a good guideline for drawing them in with makeup. I am super happy.

Rebecca said that she had the same training and I foolishly wanted to believe her She burned my skin to the point that I had boils and crust. This had never happened in any treatment with Steve. After burning me , she would not put me in touch with Steve or any reccomendatiins for my care. She turned very nasty and blocked my calls and I never heard from the office. Id seen her answering phones for years and never knew how terrible she is Its been more than a year and I still have scarring from the burns and her uneven application of the laser Dont go here, its not worth the pain and tears of what she does to people. I continued to schedule appointments, of which I did end up paying for and they were not offered to me for free like promised. I have many issues with this place. I was scammed out of thousands of dollars, would go to my appointments many times to find the building locked and no one there, and would get told that my next session would be free or that they would offer some sort of discount, in which never actually happened and I always had to pay full price. Oh and I still have the tattoo I was trying to remove! I saw NO progress from the laser sessions, and my tattoo still looks brand new. Every other tattoo removal place that I have consulted is appalled by the lack of removal progress, time spent going here, and the amount of money that I was scammed out of.
