I continued to schedule appointments, of which I did end up paying for and they were not offered to me for free like promised. I have many issues with this place. I was scammed out of thousands of dollars, would go to my appointments many times to find the building locked and no one there, and would get told that my next session would be free or that they would offer some sort of discount, in which never actually happened and I always had to pay full price. Oh and I still have the tattoo I was trying to remove! I saw NO progress from the laser sessions, and my tattoo still looks brand new. Every other tattoo removal place that I have consulted is appalled by the lack of removal progress, time spent going here, and the amount of money that I was scammed out of.

Every time my eyebrows turn gray within a few months. They were also uneven (they were not sisters, they were not even cousins - both of my touch ups were to try and fix the original artist that did them crazy) and too thick for my taste, so I decided I was done with it. Everyone at Removery was so friendly and they really put you at ease. Lynn is GREAT - she tells you the good and the not so good that could happen. She doesn't oversell the situation. I felt like I could trust her. They got me in while I was there and it was definitely a quick (but spicy!! lol) process. I actually like the way my brows look after just one session (around the 4 week mark) since it acts like a good guideline for drawing them in with makeup. I am super happy.

During my call, the first staff member informed me that she could not locate my information and then place me on hold. After several minutes, another person picked up the line and greeted me as if I were a brand-new caller, with no acknowledgment that I had already been on hold. When I expressed the confusion and frustration about the situation, instead of listening or asking what the issue was, that staff member immediately. Stated that the police would be called if I came to the office. The response was completely inappropriate, unnecessary and highly unprofessional. At no point did I threaten anyone. I was simply trying to understand what had happened with my call and my appointment. Being met with that kind of hostility is unacceptable, especially from a medical office where professionalism, respect, and commotional should be top priorities. I am requesting that this incident be properly investigated and that the staff involved receive corrective action, whether that be disciplinary measures or formal retraining on communication, phone etiquette and de-escalation skills. Patient should never feel dismissed or theater when trying to receive assistance. I would also like to mention that when the agent who was assisting me called the office on my behalf, that same staff member spoke to her in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner as well. This shows that the issue is not isolated and that the way customer and even other professional are being spoken to need to be addressed. Scheduling is bad enough, wait times are a different story! You walk in and they overbook every single day always full, the clinic is small, tight claustrophobic that you can smell other patients! They make you wait for hours even though you have an appointment or you arrive early. No consideration for people with disabilities, with children, with elderly and people with anxiety waiting to be seen! My mom used to go here because she really liked Dr. Rusuello, she's nice lady and easy to talk to... but really if want you want a thorough check up and your health is quite complicated then this might not be the clinic for you. I am giving the front office ZERO 0 if I can, I literally just had a meltdown in front of other people today for making me wait for an hour and half while being present on time, and when I asked "Len" when can I be seen because I have errands to do after and waited for over an hour she simply answered me to just go home, or come back after my errands or reschedule, mind you that I already wasted my time waiting in the car.
