We found ourselves here the night before our flight, as I'm not one to trust a super cheap shop. Tony was amazing. I wanted to fit into the theme of north arrows but I didn't want to be literal as I already have a compass tattoo. I'm from Oregon and wanted a stalk of lavender and a bee. Tony understood the assignment and made it so artsy I can't stop looking at it. I'm not sure if I asked for an arrow, as I was exhausted from being out as sober support for my other surveyors after hours, but there is a shape of one with the bee and flower. I traced the lines on a photo because I am that professional and so my qa/qc . I truly love it! The whole appointment was a wonderful experience and now we both have a bee tattoo. I never get spontaneous tattoos and I'm so glad this worked out so well. I doubt I'll do it again unless I find Tony! I'll likely find him/travel if I get another larger tattoo in the future. Also, I want to note he was very respectful and aware I was a child of trauma with issues and a fidget toy. He not only watched for any buddy language, but also empathize with me in his families life experiences. Easiest tattoo experience I have had and it erased a "bad" experience relating to another tattoo artist, though their work was also very good.

Kelsey was just absolutely amazing, removing the stuck earrings from her ear and educating my husband on proper ear wear. Unfortunately she told us we had to allow them to close because it was getting infected. Not wanting this to happen with our 15 month old, we picked titanium earrings with a backing that clasps in the earring itself .. it's flat on the back and does not come out. It worked out for a few months but the earring actually did come out for whatever reason. I came back and she replaced the earring without cost. Piercing Vegas is so professional and I believe they have the highest standards in education and customer service.

Decided later that night to do for it and made my reservation with Kelsey. She was thorough and showed me everything was sterile and safe. For starters, my wife and I are not new to Las Vegas, so we understand that prices are generally…read morehigher than in many other places. However, the pricing we were quoted at this shop felt excessive and unreasonable. We came to Vegas prepared to spend money and enjoy our trip, but not to feel taken advantage of. We were quoted between $320 and $360 each for a very small tattoo measuring approximately 1.5 inches by 1.5 inches with minimal detail. Since both my wife and I wanted the same tattoo, the total cost would have been more than $600. When we asked about getting only a simple date tattoo in small font, we were quoted $250 per person. Again, this was just a small date with no elaborate design. For comparison, a nearby shop quoted us $150 each for the same tattoos. To be fair, the shop itself is clean, professional, well-maintained, and definitely has an upscale appearance. However, based on the artists' work we viewed and the reviews we read, we did not feel the quality justified the premium pricing. In our opinion, the prices significantly exceeded the value of the product being offered. What was especially disappointing was the complete lack of flexibility in pricing. While I understand every business has its own policies, there was absolutely no willingness to negotiate or work with us. As someone who has more than 20 tattoos, I am familiar with the industry and know that some level of discussion on pricing is often possible. Overall, I would not recommend this shop unless you're comfortable paying a substantial premium. While the facility itself is impressive, we felt the pricing was far beyond what the work warranted.

The shop has SO many beautiful pieces of jewelry, it was hard not to want multiple pieces. The receptionist was super helpful while I looked around, showing me different jewelry options and explaining the pricing. I originally came in because my nose ring had fallen out and I couldn't find the post. Thankfully I still had the jewelry piece itself (it's my favorite nose ring), so I brought it with me. Tony, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He was able to put my nose ring back in and added a new post for me. The post was $15, which seems reasonable. Even though I got my favorite piece fixed, I want a new nose ring soon because Primitive has sooo many gorgeous jewelry options. I'll definitely be coming back once I save up for a piece! We were given different payment instructions multiple times, even after payment had already been sent. Instead of handling the confusion professionally, the communication became rude and disrespectful. Customers should not be insulted or blamed over a payment issue, especially when screenshots and proof were provided. The tattoo work may be good, but professionalism and customer service matter too. By the end, the whole situation felt unorganized and unprofessional.

However, when you find that shop and artist who is a master at their craft then and only then can you truly appreciate the skill one must possess to be a tattoo artist. After visiting several shops, "Club Tattoo" stood out above the rest. The shop was clean, well organized and the individual tattoo station machines were wrapped keeping them free from dirt and other contaminants. My tattoo artist was Arnaldo. With over 30+years of experience his workmanship really shined. Arnaldo's calm demeanor coupled with his welcoming and friendly attitude fostered a relaxed and enjoyable environment, which was very much appreciated. Prior to starting the tattoo, Arnaldo took time to discuss what I wanted as well as my expectations. He then provided me with a sketch drawing of what the tattoo would look like and encouraged me to make any changes I would like. Arnaldo was extremely patient and never did I feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. After deciding on the tattoo design, Arnaldo went to work. He estimated my tattoo would take one hour to complete and he finished exactly one hour later. This spoke volumes of his experience and knowledge of his craft. The tattoo turned out better than I had anticipated and far exceeded my expectations. It looked amazing and I couldn't have been more pleased. Arnaldo's an artist in the truest sense and one whom I highly recommend.
