My parents purchased a used car and later found out that the previous owners had transported animals in the vehicle on a regular basis. My poor mom swore up and down that she spent several hours cleaning the car, using the best cleansers out there; but the animal odor remained. After visiting them I decided that they needed the car detailed and called Stephen, even though my parents were hesitant and thought it would be a waste of money. About an hour after Stephen showed up at my parents home and began working she called me at work to tell me how professional and hard-working Stephen was; she was truly blown away by his character. As senior citizens, my parents value hard-working professionals such as Stephen, as it is rare that people of his caliber still exist. Aside from Stephen's character, he successfully eliminated the animal scent from the vehicle, and cleaned it so well that it looks brand new.
