I was referred to this company from a friend. What a perfect recommendation it was.. We felt a 'hot spot' on our tile and had a very high water bill. Called them and they came out the next day (labor day). They showed up on time, It took them about 30 minutes to find the location of the leak. I was horrified that my house would be in shambles. NOT!!! They had to tear out 8 tiles, tear out the foundation and dig out the dirt to get to the pipes. They were absolutely the best at cleaning as they went. Repaired the leak and showed me exactly what it was. They waited a couple of days to make sure it was done properly, came back and filled the hole back with the dirt. I found myself in a very difficult HVAC situation. I am a business owner leasing a building where I have other tenants who were counting on me to resolve a cooling issue as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the Landlord was under obligation to repair the unit but was not fulfilling their responsibility in a timely matter. I have had them install two HVAC units at separate properties. I also have maintenance contracts on those units and have had great service. Recently I had a plumbing problem, a leaking water softener bypass valve that was flooding the garage. They sent a plumber out the next day and he did an incredible repair. He didn't do it the way I thought he would do it, his idea was much better. We are definitely loyal Rebel customers. Just a note on HVAC's. I did a lot of research on the "best" HVAC units. I found that they are all pretty comparable. The key is how they are installed. A great unit poorly installed will fail. We came in contact with numerous people at Rebel Refrigeration and have been very pleased with the service from everyone from start to finish. Booking the appointment was very easy. We needed a Pelican filtration system installed, so we were transferred to the right person to ensure the details were worked out. Even though we were waiting for the system to arrive (ordered online), we were able to be "penciled" in to reserve our appointment because we had an estimated delivery day for the system. That was much appreciated to be able to book an appointment without any equipment. Later that day, I received a voicemail to confirm we were the owners of the home. We purchased a brand new stackable washer and dryer. After it was delivered, the techs tried to install it and they found that the faucets were set BEHIND the drywall (OLD HOUSE) and they could not install it until we had it fixed. Their plumber came in and after digging a couple of inches, said that the leak was not in the main but in the irrigation system and they could not do anything and I needed to call my gardener. They charged me the complete service fee. After calling my gardener, he dug all the way to the source of the leak and the leak was in fact in the main. Somehow their plumber guessed without digging that it has to be the irrigation system. I called them and let them know that their plumber was totally wrong and I was charged the service fee without receiving any service. They said they would call me back but never did so.
