Another awesome experience with Loyalty Plumbing! Because we were completely lax in doing annual maintenance of our water heater, it suddenly failed on a Sunday morning with many gallons of water spewed throughout the garage. Loyalty Plumbing to the rescue! Alex showed up within an hour and delivered the news that the water heater was kaput. We talked about some options and elected to replace it with a tankless heater. Trey and another fellow showed up a little bit after noon and spent many hours installing the tankless heater. Trey returned the next day to plumb the new gas line, and he came back once more to check that the gas line holds pressure. We'll see him again when the city inspector and SW Gas come by to attach the new line to the meter. It would have been much better and cheaper to have gotten Loyalty Plumbing to do an annual check on the original water heater, our bad! However, I'm glad to have a new high-tech toy in the garage. Considering the cost of the new tankless heater and the many hours of labor that went into the installation and gas line plumbing, I feel like it was a fair price when all is said and done. We're now signed up for the yearly maintenance plan by which Loyalty will come out three times a year to check on the plumbing and HVAC. I'm a Loyalty Plumbing member and they contacted me regarding they were adding an AC and heating division to their company. They were offering free AC tuneup you their members, so I took them up on it! Well, I was very impressed with the service I received and Vince was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He found a few things that were not correctly installed by past owners (our AC is about 20+ years), and explained and showed pictures of what he found and even some hazards. If I could I would give no stars! I cannot recommend Loyalty Plumbing & Air based on my family's experience. This occurred on July 27. My elderly mother was sold an HVAC system and attic upgrade for $28,371.30 and financed through a loan with an interest rate of approximately 13%. Based on the loan terms, she would have paid around $65,000 by the end of the loan. That is an enormous amount for a senior on a fixed income. My mom has great credit and should have never got a 13% interest rate! The guy tried to tell her they don't go off of her credit report. So then why did they run her credit? I called and asked for a detailed, itemized breakdown of the charges, we did not receive the transparency we expected for a project of this size. Communication was also extremely frustrating. I called and was told someone would return my call on Monday, but no one did. I called back on Tuesday and the call was disconnected. Later that day at around 1:33, a manager left me a voicemail stating that someone had tried calling me the day before and couldn't reach me. However, I had no missed calls or voicemails from Monday. I called back at 1:56 and the front desk told me he was out for the day and would call me back tomorrow. Really they were just trying to avoid me. Never received a phone call back the next day so I had my mom cancel the loan contract. The called my mom Friday told that they have been trying to reach me. Lie! I still had no missed calls or voicemails! Told her that I hung up on them when actually they hung up on me. Why would I hang up when I'm trying to figure out why it's costing my mom this much?! What concerns me most is that my mother signed this contract not knowing what she was signing. My dad recently passed away and he handled all the finances. They knew this and took advantage of my mom. Instead of feeling like she was being treated fairly and transparently, we were left questioning both the pricing and the way our concerns were handled. I encourage anyone considering this company to get multiple estimates, ask for a fully itemized quote before signing anything, carefully review the financing terms, and don't be afraid to seek a second opinion before making such a significant financial commitment. read more

I called Loyalty Plumbing and Trey came out the next day and did a thorough job of going through all the plumbing in the house. The next day, Marlon came with all the supplies needed to fix and update all the plumbing needs. There was a lot to be done so it took some time, understandable. It began with our water heater breaking down at the worst possible time with hosting family and friends from out of town. I contacted Loyalty plumbing and spoke to Alexy. She immediately scheduled us to have one of her technicians respond first thing in the morning. The following morning, Luis and Adam responded and assessed that the water heater needed to be replaced. He gave me a few options and we chose to add a tankless water heater. He spoke to his supervisor and was able to approve us for an affordable cost on the system. Luis and Adam were able to install the new system and get us up and running that morning without any interruption on hot water use for our guests. They explained to us the step-by-step process and the benefits of the system. Moreover, he explained the rebate that we could receive from Southwest Gas as well as any tax rebates for the energy efficient system. They even went above and beyond by adjusting our water pressure and tightening up our in-house water valves at no additional cost. It is extremely challenging to find companies with this high level of customer service and integrity. I had already researched tankless water systems before so I knew that they were giving me an honest price point for the system. Justin arrived at the appointed time and quickly diagnosed the problem. The heater was working but had a couple of corroded electrical wires. Easy to clean and inspect. 1 May, had "free" plumbing inspection and water heater drained. Stated 2 concerns, 2 different water shut-off valves under sink. One was leaking, the other was broke. Got a quote for $2400 to replace all 7. I only needed 2. Came back later in the day, replaced 2, charged me $658.80 and claimed 2 hours of work. The bigger issue was the process. I had to call multiple times just to get an itemized invoice and clarity on the charges. The invoice also listed "2.0 hours," even though the technician was in my house less than an hour. After many phone calls, price came down to $500. Still on the high-side, but better than initial. They dont provide itemized invoice unless you ask, but it is still a vague invoice. The lack of upfront pricing transparency and the need for repeated follow-up to obtain a clear, itemized invoice made this a frustrating and unnecessarily difficult experience. Also, recommend you dont get membership ($135), it is a scam for "free" inspections to upsell you. read more

Recently I called Loyalty Plumbing about a toilet in my main bathroom. I asked for and was given an appt for Mon., 09/23/25 10am-2pm. I received a text this morning to advise Trey Blake was being dispatched with his picture and a few details about him. Trey called at about 8am and said he could be here in about 20 minutes if that was okay. I said yes and he arrived as promised. He took a look at the toilet and said he could care for the repair with no problem. He said he saw some hard water issue in the toilet and asked if he could look to see if there were any other issues. I said yes. He did that and then came back with some price quotes. He was thorough and courteous. I told him that for today I needed the toilet fixed as a priority and we could discuss the other matters at a later date. Thank you Marlon! My garbage disposal stopped working. Marlon noticed it was smoking and leaking, it was time for a new one. He gave me my options. Marlon noticed only installed my new one, he also took the old disposal and he cleaned where it leaked. He then asked if I needed anything else, I told him I was unable to change the shower heads because I don't have tools and I'm not strong enough, so he did that for free. 3 Stars I'm giving Loyalty Plumbing 3 stars mainly because they did follow up after my complaint and made an effort to acknowledge the situation. Otherwise, this experience would have been rated lower. I initially used Loyalty Plumbing because it was Christmas Eve and I had a presentation that morning, and my regular plumbers were unavailable. They were able to come out quickly, and I will say the technician was polite, professional, and courteous. That said, the upselling was excessive. I understand upselling from a business standpoint, but the price quoted for three T-valves and the removal of a toilet felt unreasonable to me. Not to mention the 2nd- and 3rd-tier upsells they tried to get me on. Wow! I won't go into the full pricing details of the upsell here unless the company wants to respond; at that point, I'm happy to share specifics. In the end, we discontinued additional services and proceeded only with the work already completed, which consisted of removing a toilet and installing a T-valve, for a total of $366. I seriously question Loyalty Plumbing's referral to Bingham Restoration. That referral turned out to be the worst experience I have ever had with a restoration company, and I communicated this back to Loyalty Plumbing. This entire process began on December 24, and as of this review, January 20, we are still without two toilets due to the restoration company failing to complete their work correctly and in a timely manner. I've also left a separate review documenting that experience. The only reason this review isn't lower is that Loyalty Plumbing followed up after my complaint and also sent Crumbl Cookies to our home, which was a thoughtful gesture. That said, their pricing is not competitive, and you can find better value elsewhere. read more

***Update*** after my initial review the owner Alexi contacted me. She apologized and said that is not how they train their employees, the complete opposite actually, and she made the whole situation right. She sent her top technician to come back and ensure everything was working as it should. I would use them again and would recommend loyalty plumbing. *original* I called to have my water softener serviced because it was not working and to have another filter installed. He looked at it briefly then spent the next 30-40 minutes trying to sell me a water heater. I told him I would think about it and he started getting ready to leave. I asked him how much to install the filter and he said he completely forgot about that. Then proceeded to charge me $875 to install it! He completely forgot why he was there because he was too busy trying to sell me something that had nothing to do with what my original service was for. That install price was more than the actual unit cost me. It took him 1.5 hrs to install the piece, so that's over $500 per hour!!! All parts were supplied so he didn't need to get any parts. this is a follow up review about annual water heater check. after what the previous tech did, I called loyalty plumbing complaining about the unsatisfactory service that tech per , they offered me to send Justin back (Justin did the water heater check and replaced the rod last year). Justin came and did thorough check. He did find the water regulator pressure higher than the recommended normal range and recommended to be replaced. we decided to have it done in 2 days. He replaced the valve regulator, adjusted pressure and cleaned the area afterward. Justin is very professional. He explained to me what is needed and reason. This is the work it should be. We were in a pinch with what seemed like a small leak but could have been something serious. Luckily we called Loyalty Plumbing and they came out to assess what we needed. Justin let us know when he was about 20-30 minutes away. He arrived and was very professional. He went right to work checking valves, water pressure, water softener, the quality of our water in our sink and our osmosis system. It was actually quite fun to watch him perform the tests. He had some facts about water that we actually weren't aware of but I can't tell you that. You have to ask for Justin to come out and test your pipes and water. He placed covers on his feet before entering our house and he turned a blind eye to our messy house. Lol. He was very polite and personable. We really enjoyed speaking with him and getting to know a bit about him and the company. We negotiated some of the pricing with our services and Justin and his team were wonderful with trying to help us make it work. Justin did his work quickly and efficiently. AMAZING from start to finish!!! We had been having trouble with a leak in our bathroom tub and had two different companies tell us two different things. Loyalty plumbing came out a few days after we called. When Daniel came he assessed the situation and said that he was able to fix our issue without having to drill into the wall. Loyalty kept us informed as to when our service tech would arrive. Daniel not only took a look at our tub but looked at the whole house and gave suggestions as to what else could be worked on if we were interested. In addition, Daniel noticed the military decal on my car and without asking me, he applied a military discount to our service.
