Seemed a bit high for about 90 minutes of skilled labor. I'll get to test it out in a couple of weeks. The 20A fuse had better not blow again. The owner's wife Becky Rogers told me to ALWAYS test the wiring of a new/rental trailer by plugging it in to the tow vehicle prior to hitching it, without letting any of the metal of the trailer touch the metal of the tow vehicle (other than the 4-wire or 7-wire plug/jack). If all the trailer lights work (brakes/turn signals/running/parking), then it's OK to hitch up and tow.

They put it in the workshop, helped with the insurance claim and told us they will repair it as quick as possible (we have a long road trip planned and we were a little worried). Having someone who takes pride in their work like Kevin does is on another level! Thanks to Kevin with New Horizon RV Services for coming out and getting me all fixed up this morning! Kevin is authorized to do warranty work on Forest River, Brinkley, and several other makes of RVs! He warrantied and swapped out our microwave and it didn't cost me a dime! The button wasn't ejecting the door properly. He is working on doing the same for a couple of roller shades that aren't functioning correctly as well. He installed our Lippert Solera Slide Topper and ensured we have as much fall as possible so rain doesn't collect on it. Kind of crazy the tricks he had up his sleeve to achieve that... I would've definitely screwed that up if I had installed it myself as I had originally intended. ‍ Finally, he hopped up on my roof and gave it a good once over to ensure that I didn't have any issues or potential future issues that were noticeable. I was in the process of buying a 2005 Toyota Highlander from a friend…read morethat had been sitting untouched in Chicago since late 2021 and it had considerable rust damage on the undercarriage (struts, rotors and calipers) from the snow and salt. I took the car to 3 different shops before finding Aero Automotive. The issue I had with the other "speciality" mechanics I went to is that they didn't weld and didn't want to touch the undercarriage for fear of the car falling apart and not having the welding tools to fix it. (Fairground Automotive told me to just sell it for parts). I was lucky to find Aero! Mike looked at the car and had no fear of the car having the rust damage and even told me once he was able to really look at it that no welding was needed! I was fully prepared to be out of pocket a few thousand dollars but they installed a whole new suspension and for a responsible price! It drove wonderfully afterwards, however the only issue I did have is I asked for them to do a flush and fix the brakes and Mike said I didnt need them but I definitely did and had to take it to another place. No harm no foul tho! Still a five star experience! Highly recommend Aero Automotive to anyone

Thankfully, everything was under warranty through Mercedes. The tech team provided updates with everything they did. All financial repairs not covered by warranty were clearly communicated. It is refreshing to find a dealer that is honest and upfront and everyone I met was friendly! Ive gone back many times since even though it isn't even in the same state. It is worth the drive every time!

After waiting forever and hearing tons of excuses from the service adviser (tech is sick, waiting on authorization, etc) I finally got the repair scheduled 3 months later. Got my unit back and they did not re caulk at all the area they cut up and the damaged and misinstalled the trim. Not to mention the multiple stripped and missing screws. I would be ashamed if This was walk I or one of my employees did I can not even believe forest river would authorize this place. See pictures of how they returned my brand new unit. I get that things happen but to return the unit like this and try to hide the incompetence is bad business in my book.
