They put it in the workshop, helped with the insurance claim and told us they will repair it as quick as possible (we have a long road trip planned and we were a little worried). They didn't hover or push us toward a sale, but were always nearby to answer questions--especially around pricing and layout options. That made the whole experience feel relaxed and informative, which is a nice change from the YouTube rabbit hole we'd been in. We explored Class A through Class C motorhomes. Class C felt like the sweet spot for us: enough space to stretch out without feeling like we were driving a bus. Most Class B layouts were just too cramped for our crew. We also peeked at some fifth wheels, but ultimately ruled them out--they didn't quite fit our weekend warrior vibe. Overall, it was a great visit. No pressure, just helpful insights and a chance to see things in person. If you're in the early stages of RV dreaming like we are, Woodstock Camper World is a solid place to start.
