I strongly advise anyone considering Campers Inn RV to stay far away from this dealership. My experience was nothing short of deceptive, frustrating, and completely unethical. They quoted me a price on an RV not once, but twice, accepted my deposit, and then rescinded the deal each time without justification. This is classic bait-and-switch behavior--luring customers in with a promising deal, only to pull it away. Their lack of honesty, integrity, and professionalism is alarming. They wasted my time, and left me with nothing but frustration. If this is how they treat customers before a sale, imagine what happens after they have your money! Save yourself the headache. I would not use Campers Inn RV service. I scheduled a warranty repair and was told at the time the appointment was made that the work would be completed in the same day if I made the appointment early in the day. I called to confirm my appointment and was told I would need to leave my van for 3 weeks. this is unacceptable. i have to drive 5 hours for service and if I had shown up would have had no way for the work to be completed or to get home. zero effort to resolve the situation and the person who scheduled the appointment denies saying the work would be done and developed an attitude on the phone. stay away. read more

The staff is all about the sale. But don't get me started on that platinum service package it's a joke. The coating they put on my camper was less than impressive and when you need assistance at the campground from a tech. Guess what no one is coming to help you as we were told at the sale. Now let's talk about the service. I took my camper in multiple times for various repairs/service. They are not good about returning calls or keeping you updated or answering questions. First camping trip 2 weeks after purchase there was a leaking shower, my converter was bad, battery died (because of converter) and slide would not come in. When we called the service number on our platinum service contract we were then told that no they do not come to camp grounds to assist as this was a selling point on this contract. We took it back in January and got it back back in march April after they supposedly fixed the shower and changed out the converter the shower started leaking again and they replaced the entire shower When they replaced my shower the silicone work was horrific. There were gaps were silicone should be and silicone were it should not be such as my cabinets doorknobs floor wall. Yes my shower leaked again. We fixed this ourself as the service dept had no attention at detail. And the last time my camper went there for service it came back with a mismatched tire which we did not notice until we got it home. Yes one of my Goodyear endurance was replaced with a ridgeway ST. Not a comparable replacement. When we inquired of this we were never contacted back or no response to our email. I will NEVER give this business one cent of my money ever again. And I recommend that no one else does either. Giving this business a one star rating is generous. read more

We went in to exchange for a bigger travel trailer. The sales team was great, but when it came to financing, we got screwed. I know RV loans are high, but we are at 10.99%, and our credit is OVER 800 - that didn't seem to matter. We were "assured" rates would come down, yet every time I call they say check back in 6 months. UPDATE: We were able to secure a loan 4% lower at 6.99%. The terms reduced 48 payments & we're paying lower monthly payment than our original loan from Campers Inn. Thank God for Credit Unions! read more

This seems to be an extremely unorganized business or they are just unethical. We found the RV we wanted and made a deal with Don over the phone and computer. We finalized the deal on Wednesday, just needed to have our financing approved. He never bothered to mention the finance person was out of the office Thursday and Friday and the majority of banks are closed Saturday. With over an 800 credit score and over 20% equity in our trade in, we were assured there would not be an issue. Don told us we'd know by 10am on Saturday. So after numerous phone calls checking with them, at 4pm they informed us that a bank and a credit union declined our loan. BUT...our best chance, according to them, is with a different bank that's not open on Sarurdays. So now we've been waiting 3 days and taken two hard inquiries to our credit and they want to wait till Monday?? This wouldn't be so bad but they never told us about the finance person being out and we are traveling from out of state and needed to make a plan. We ended up telling them to forget it. Since zero stars is not an option we will go with one. Do not buy a camper from campers in! We bought a brand new camper and have had nothing but problems. In over a year of owning it we have only had it out two weeks. The rest of the time it has been in their shop. There is no communication. You have to call and get strung along to even get a half a** answer. We wish we had never dealt with this company! They do not back their products! We bought a toy hauler and when we had our side by side strapped in the back one of the tie down hooks broke which not only is dangerous for us but other drivers! DO NOT buy from campers inn! Recently we purchased a Grand Design Imagine camper. Our salesman, Robert, was exceptional! He asked what we were looking for and showed us each unit that potentially meet our needs. We never felt pressure to choose one unit over another, or purchase one at all. It was a fantastic experience! Our adventure continued with delivery. Allen, our service tech, took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the camper. We felt comfortable asking questions and he delivered comprehensive answers. No transparency in lending practices. Ask to see your loan offers specifically your interest rates. When they won't then you will know for sure they are jacking them up as much as they are allowed (around 1.75%). Other dealers will work with you and show you. Much better dealers out there. One star is really being gracious. My family is actively in the market to purchase an RV. We spent 30 to 40 minutes walking around the yard. However most of the RV's are locked. On one hand, they got me in pretty fast after my AC died in July, but they didn't secure the AC so when it rained, it POURED. They wouldn't even return my calls when I tried to talk to them about what they needed to do - REPAIR MY CEILING where it was FLOODED. No amount of rough driving could make all the screws come that loose. I called an RV repair man when I was in Yuma - which is where it started leaking. I hadn't had much rain between the time it was repaired and the time it leaked. He said the AC was barely secured, screwed the screws in tightly and it hasn't leaked since. And that mobile repair guy didn't charge me a dime for coming out. He said he wasn't going to make me pay for shoddy work. read more

Robert in the sales department made my purchase a breeze. He's fantastic. The dealership itself is a nightmare to work with, as it took them more than two weeks after my appointment to even look at my RV for repairs. Jacob in the service department is the only one who ever called me back, so always ask for him if you have service needs. The tech, Bert, was incredible and fixed everything another tech had messed up. He went above and beyond to fix my RV until it was perfect. If you're taking your camper in for repairs, make sure to specifically ask for Bert to be the one who does the repairs. read more

Terrible communication. Very slow service. I felt ignored and quotes were overpriced. ($1500 to clean my 24' B+ is just stupid.) It took weeks to get responses to my emails. Voicemail system does not work, and my service contact NEVER once answered the phone in over 2 months of trying. Amazing since the phone never rang when I was there in person. Work done was subpar and not completed. I had a roof sealed and had to bring it back because it leaked. They did a complete checkup on my B+ and said everything worked but not everything did. Once when I did get a callback, I asked about a certain item I had wanted quoted from the day I brought it in, and I was told the guy only comes out on Wednesdays (this was Thursday) so I would have to wait until then. He never made the initial request. Some quotes I asked for he never got done. I requested that he have the supervisor call me and he never did. Summer is over now. They are a waste of time and I will certainly never buy a camper from them. read more

It's not the kind you can pick up at any big box store, and I called all around Atlanta to find one. Campers Inn of Acworth had one in stock, but they were going to be closed before I could get there. Sheri, the WONDERFUL person who was helping me offered to meet me halfway to deliver it. My wife & I had an absolutely enjoyable buying experience at this Family owned dealership. We were attended to by every person we dealt with sincere respect and a smile. We purchased a Grand Design 322MKS fifth wheel that we absolutely love the floorplan. From the salesperson, service personnel to the GM we were made to feel at home and were constantly asked if we understood everything while the PDI was being performed. Upon stopping in Campers Inn RV--Acworth, we were greeted by an awesome sales person by the name of Kristin. She was very kind. She asked us some basic questions and then graciously showed us what they had to offer. The thing we really liked about her is that she was very knowledgeable and driven. Yet, personable and kind. And she didn't use pressure tactics that some sales people generally use. That was a big plus since buying an RV can be a major purchase and brings with it a lot of considerations. We sent our camper in for winterizing and inspection last year. After a few months went by we got it back to find it had leaks. Needed a new roof. New slide out and new carpet. which it did. or need prior to going there for service. We are now well over a year without our camper and they seldom return calls and/or emails. We have called numerous times to speak to a manager and never a return call. We still do not have our camper back and we are still discussing the excessive overcharge for repairs and length of time they've had our camper. Completely unacceptable ! read more

In mid February 2020 we were on our way to Florida from Iowa. We were stranded by an electrical issue that knocked out most of the features on our motor home dash, including our wipers, defrost, navigation system, cameras, levelers, slides...YIKES! Robert seems like he was just interested in making a sale and not helping me . He said he doesn't have time to waste by giving me a proper tour. We call in November to schedule maintenance. We bought a Rv in VA and need needed some minor service done. we took it in January and explained we need it back because we have a trip planned March 1st. No problem. we explained all the problems including a leak from underneath, shower leaking and could be another leak because the under carriage was wet. i realize they stage the RVs and they sit there for awhile. they start communicating saying tank was leaking and are waiting for part. can't check for other leaks because they need to build up pressure to do this. We were to get our RV back on 27th. Here we are March 2nd picking it up and they said they found another leak today. No way to get the part in time since we leave tomorrow. Our options are travel and camp without water, not an option since our grandkids want to spend a long weekend with us. Option 2 drive. I've already paid 1/2 the campsite fee and 100% rally fee that we're doing in Perry again the way back. There needs to be more organization in getting parts ahead of time not the week of delivery. Here I thought we had a new reliable place to get our RV serviced. Really pissed off you screwed up my family vacation. read more

The only reason why I even give two stars for this location is because everybody's polite and the actual experience up until right after taking our money was great, after that the service was terrible. Our awning was broke while giving us a tour of our camper and promised it will be fixed when we come back on the third day for the actual pick up. When we came back they said they didn't have the parts and would have to order so we could haul the camper home then haul it back in two weeks for a 3-4 hour repair time (which we live out of town so we have to take a whole day off to do) Four months later when they actually got the part in and we hauled it all the way back it was the WRONG PART! So now we're headed home for yet another wait period on the parts in which we will have to take another whole day to haul back and get fixed. They want you to pay for a warranty and say it's all covered and yes it is but they don't mention the extensive time it will take to get the work done all that you have to go through to get any work done and the time away from work or family dealing with them. They didn't even act sympathetic to all the trouble just kept saying it was beyond their control and nothing they could do and that's just the way it is. This is our first camper purchase in which the experience from the beginning has been terrible it makes my stomach hurt knowing any time we'll need something done it's very likely to be this way. read more
