I meet a beautiful young lady who waited on me. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful and friendly. I went in to buy a vape expecting to pay $75. That's what it would usually pay. I walked out of there with 2, one for a friend. My bill was just over $40 (tax). The best part was Blacky! They've taken a kitten that was homeless. She's been spayed and now has a 6ft cat tree. She also has a water fountain and a abundance of toys. She's a shop cat so make sure to say hi. I wish I remembered her name, they would get 10 stars. read more

This place had the cheapest tobacco I have found in Flag. All of the reviews about the little guy has absolutely no merit and honestly it made me think twice about going in. I'm glad I gave it a try myself cause the guy was super friendly, like I said before the prices are awesome and they have great selection for pipes and pieces if that's your thing. I go to this particular Rebel often (or I did). I go and buy things for my friend, because the costumer service is so horrific that she will not enter the building. At first, I did not mind enduring the awkward exchanges with the big, plodding, silent, ambiguously ethnic man that seems to be there every time I go there. He will grunt at me just enough for us to complete our transaction. The last time I was there, he gave short answers and plenty of attitude, like he wanted for me to say something to him so he could kick me out and or call the cops. I decided that I will never go there again, rather than allow him to get whatever pleasure he looks like he gets from calling the cops. Maybe he is a cop. Not that it matters, but they should try to get someone with a background in costumer service, instead of an undercover cop. read more
