Hit or miss. Been here many times and have had some good experiences but some not. Recently they sold me moldy backwoods and refused to refund saying it's not possible in their system, and the young Edgar type behind the counter was hella sassy when I complained. This smoke shop is huge! Vaste selection of products and super friendly environment. Great prices and product quality. Matt was very nice and kind and helped us selecting the best product for us. I made this account just to leave a good review. Excellent friendly staff, nice environment, a wide and varied selection of products to choose from. As well as the only providers of premium cigars and pipe tobacco in the entirety of flagstaff. In all honesty they are the only smoke shop worth taking the time out of your busy day to visit in this town. Especially if you have an interest in premium tobacco products beyond gas station "cigars" and whatever they are putting in Marlboro packs these days. The only issue I have had is they do not take credit card or debit however they have an ATM in store and in comparison to the other poorly run and product poor competition in town this is not even a speed bump in comparison. TL;DR: you really don't need to go to any other smoke shop in flagstaff because if they don't have what your looking for no one else in town will and they won't be as nice about it as Traders is either. read more

Traders Smoke Shop in Flagstaff has a the best selection of smoking accessories and a friendly staff that is knowledgeable and is able to spend time with their customers. They can be trusted to help you find what you are looking for. Close to the NAU campus (next to Sprouts) and easy to find if you are from out of town. They care about our needs. read more

I called asking about a product and the worker was extremely disrespectful and unhelpful.

This place is the best! My boyfriend and I came in looking for a piece. The worker who helped us was extremely knowledgeable. We gave him our price range and told him an idea of what we were looking for.. He let us look at the pieces and really let us pick which one felt the best. He was super nice too! 10/10 would reccomend. read more

Jessica and & chris Sold us a dry blunt wrap & said they could do nothing about it. No cash back or a replacement only if you put down more money to get it replaced. Then another employee sold us a broken bong and did the same thing. Would recommend a different smoke shop in town. read more

I will NEVER go back!! I made my third visit to this shop with plans of designating this place "My go to smoke shop" but my recent experience changed everything for me. I purchased 3 different flavors of pipe tobacco, a lighter, some misc items and a small pipe. The pipe was only $20 but it came highly recommended by the staff / manager. I've been a pipe smoker for many years and I've always been pleased with my pipe purchases. (15 so far in my collection). A few hours after purchasing the pipe I decided to clean it. Using a damp cloth, I gently polished the pipe and it immediately broke between the stem and bowl. Since I just purchased it a few hours before, I called the shop and made them aware of my situation. I was shocked to hear that they would not stand behind their products. They refused to exchange the defective product despite the poor quality. I asked if they were willing to lose a customer for life over $20 and the response was YES! What??? Makes no sense to me. I would steer clear of this place if I were you, I will.. What a poor decision, what a shame. read more

Hands down the best smokeshop in central flagstaff. The staff was very friendly and helped me find a watertube in my price range and set me up with a killer water tube and ashcatcher. They also have a great selection of cigarillos. Ill definitely be suggesting this place to my friends. Thanks guys! read more
