Love this place. No question is too stupid and the amount of fun stuff to choose from is amazing. They are extremely knowledgable about what is in the shop as well as what you may be looking for. Fun gifts like pins, earrings etc are around the shop making it a fun vibe. Check it out while in Flag! Buy local! read more

Only 1 star because I had to. The customer service is terrible. The owners are nice that's it. I was screamed at by the woman behind the counter for inquiring about the product I was buying. Extremely unprofessional. That is the second time that has happened in this business. The products are fine but on principle alone I will not spend money there. read more

They will sell you broken vapes, pieces, and mace then tell you no refunds or trades the next day when you bring these items back in. Everything else is either stale or just plain out of date. If you value your money, go elsewhere. read more

This is actually a review for the sister shop in Sedona. My husband visited while we were on vacation in Sedona and purchase a portable vaporizer. He we very impressed with the selection, service and knowledgeable staff. After we returned home he wanted a replacement part for his unit, and Kim in the store has been trying to track down this piece for me (unfortunately with no success, but I can't find one any where on the internet either!). But she has been super-helpful every time I have called. Today I purchased a different model vaporizer as a gift for my husband from her over the phone. Excellent prices, excellent service! read more

I love this place! They have so much inventory to choose from and this is where I get my CBD. I have osteoarthritis in my knees, and in all honesty, I wish I found this stuff sooner. It's awesome! The staff here is amazing and super helpful, and I truly felt welcome in their store! I would definitely go back and 100% recommend this store if you are in or visiting the Flagstaff area! read more

This is for the sister shop in west Sedona, lacking a Yelp listing for some reason but the old Garmin located it. It's a small shop right next to a separate Vaping store and it looks nicer on the inside. Small place with one guy. Not a huge selection of glass, but a nice assortment of pipes and things. Although there certainly was an assortment of budget items, the store was a bit more middle of the road as far as quality. If I found myself in Sedona again and needed a store like this, this is where I would go. read more

Easily the best smoke shop in Flagstaff. The guy who runs the place is extremely knowledgable about all the products and is cool about taking the time to explain things or show you something from the case. Prices are on point as well, highly recommend Zombies. read more

Guy at counter was super kind and helpful when I went in to get some CBD oil for my arthritic chronically pained body. (I am not old just unlucky.) He told he uses it in the morning for his shoulder and he was right it worked like a charm. Was able to go frisbee golfing with friends with little to no pain in my neck and lower back. So thankful! read more

Nice shop with a good selection however they are a bit overpriced as there are several other smoke shops in the area that are cheaper. Some of their "name brand" products may not be original products but cheap knockoffs. read more

Duane wanted to open a fun smoke shop with a twist... somewhere where everyone felt welcome and at ease... He loves anything Halloween and The Walking Dead... so after his wife suggested he remove all his halloween items from the closets and storage to make room, the idea of Zombies was born!

Make sure whatever you buy from these guys works before you purchase, or leave the store. They could easily replace this for me and deal directly with puffco themselves. This is a shitty business with no integrity and one less customer.

I walked out of there with 2, one for a friend. My bill was just over $40 (tax). The best part was Blacky! They've taken a kitten that was homeless. She's been spayed and now has a 6ft cat tree. I have a habit of droping my vapes...get in vehicle, vape goes on lap and then i get out drops on ground, i have had to get a few vapes cause of my forgetfulness and i was just sold a lanyard holder, that can go around my neck. I was so stocked and happy happiest i been walking out in the time i been there...i always have a good time....but what was done for me that day was amazing i got juice, pods, lanyard holder, and a newer vape since mine was damaged.....he even grabbed two different mods for me to check my pod and my vape did take one to many drops.....like i said before i left now i will have my Pacifier. They let you try juices, answer and vape question you have, try any thing can legally to fix your vape, they are also always on point at what mods to buy.....they have a binder or two of all there flavors of juices and they don't even mind you chilling for a few moments....these are the type of guys you would see helping an old lady change a tire on the road very humble and caring. They have great personalities and can joke around it's never crowded in there and they have fast service as well and don't forget a point system for free product saved me a few times. I can see me hanging with these guys outside vixen. Words can not describe how awesome this crew over here is they make you feel like you are there bestfriend/family it's amazing....if your having a rough day even if you want you could just go in for knowledge and I garuntee you will walk out with a smile and your day will improve I'm 99.99% sure of it lol I can speak for everyone or garuntee happiness by any means. Just amazing keep up the amazing work and keeping me from going off the rails on a crazy train...(ozzy) lol.....thank you again for existing and continuing to go above and beyond for us nicotine addicted people.....you save lives.

With Covid they have had some staffing challenges which has created struggles for them to come to the Flagstaff Market for a couple of summers now, but on occasion we go to the Prescott Market and when my job brings me to Chino Valley, I take the opportunity to stop at their farm-stand in Paulden! Cory and Shanti always have a great variety of whatever is in season or what can be grown in their greenhouses! Everything is so fresh! With a couple of storage tips from sites like stilltasty.com, the produce from here can last for weeks! They also have the best tomatoes and roasted chilies when the season calls for it! One year when they were at the Flagstaff Market, Flagstaff Chef John Conley brought Guy Fieri to the market as he was filming for "Guys Family Road Trip." It was just awesome to see Cory and Shanti being interviewed. Our friends and family got a kick seeing us in the background on the show! Right now they have dried flowers, but when in season, they have the most beautiful fresh flowers that last, last, last! Many varieties as well! So, if you are in the Prescott area and have an event, definitely look them up for your floral arrangements! If I can give a QUARTER STAR - I would. SEDONA LOCALS BEWARE!! Customer service - No eye contact and completely disengaged with my presence. While staring at her phone, she mumbles "do you need help finding something?" Thankfully I caught what she was saying. At the point of transaction, the lady of the shop who appears to be the owner wrongfully accused me of Fraud and attempted to hold property from me, and started questioning my relationship with my spouse. I had lost my wallet and my spouse was coaching at a tournament (she had gave me her credit card for errands). I came and used my spouses credit card and she started questioning the relationship with my spouse? She was full of assumptions and I DID NOT PASS HER TEST TO KNOW MY OWN SPOUSE. She told me to "GET OUT OF THE STORE" with no proof of me being fraudulent? I tried to use my spouses card to purchase and it turned into an interrogation and boot out the Store. HORRIBLE SERVICE & has a RACIST ATTITUDE. BROWN & BLACK FOLK beware and be prepared to show ID for the sake of assumed criminality due to OUR PRESENCE. I also came back to the store shortly with apple pay for my own bank account and not my spouse's. She declined to serve me again and said "she is not interested in serving me and that there's a smoke shop in Cottonwood I can go to" and walked away. This is all based on her assumption and discrimination of me. This is an opportunity to improve and I hope she does because this discriminatory sh*t ain't flying no more. WE'VE HAD ENOUGH. read more
