They sent me the bottler they sent me was meant for a brewery and champagne bottles didn't fit. Plus champagne is at much higher pressure than beer. The rep came in and picked up the machine and told me he would have the correct machine sent out. The next day he called and wanted to switch parts on the machine and I refused as I had no way of knowing if the machine pressure valves, etc... would handle the higher pressure. I refused to take the wrong machine back. As a result, the company charged me a 15% restocking fee (It costs almost $10K!). This was their mistake! The machine was supposed to be delivered to a brewery! I purchased the same machine from GW Kent for far less money and it works great. GW Kent was amazing and I can't recommend them enough.
