I am a local to the area and had been sold items without boxes and of poor quaility. That wouldn't be an issue if the products wouldn't break about a day or two after I leave the store. The staff are friendly however, I don't feel like I am buying quaility goods at this store. I have been a customer at this shop for over 10 years now. I am local and like to spend my money locally. Today I went in to buy a battery and spare tank but ended up being talked into buying a mod straight off the shelf, not sealed in a box. It was apparently turned on when it was sold to me and the hit button got pressed when I picked it up which caused the dry wick to catch fire... After this abrupt bad experience, less than 30 mins after purchase, I went back to the shop to return it... I was given an evasive runaround, instead of a refund I got a load of bs and a replacement part. He attempted to blame me, said I must've bumped it on, which is unlikely given how it works. He even attempted to demo how the coils work, as if I don't know. He gave me a spiel about how they're all made the same, which is not true. He told me the "fire hazard" is all in my head. He offered to fill my tank with his liquid, menthol. He said I could clean the burned taste and smell out, that it would go away eventually, etc... I was so frustrated that I just left, had enough of his poor high pressure sales tactics... The tank leaks and now I'm stuck with a $44 POS mod that I paid $107 for... literally a 100% markup over the OM pricing.. Feeling completely screwed over. As a long time local customer I am very sad to say I will never shop at Green Zone again. Advice to the shop.... Next time, just take the return, its good customer service. Instead, you lost a longtime customer who literally spent several thousand dollars a year there... Double that because now my partner will not be shopping there ither. I will also share my experience with others, as I will no longer recommend Green Zone. read more

Went in to pick up some new glass, not a good experience. Guy assumed I was cheap saying I couldn't afford his bottom shelf, which isn't all that pricy and was in the days budget. But, selection was just MEH. even examples by artists known to me. So I went cheap and somehow got out w a piece that's got a hole in the bottom! Who'd even sell that? Went back to tell them and exchange (I know ya can't, but it's DEFECTIVE). I was even prepared to be rejected, but I'm on a limited budget and figured I'd show the defect and see. The guys kinda freaked on me yelling and pointing at their sign not even letting me tell them how it's DEFECTIVE. I didn't take it out or anything just tried to explain and ask. Wow way to give service. I'd have taken a kind no, but you should want to know that you're selling something defective and harmful. I won't even go into his ungraceful way of helping everyone else but me. Really dude you should come back to the first person from time to time. WOW! Talk about GREAT service and a seriously knowledgeable manager, Josh! So, I am embarrassingly a smoker and have tried to quit too many times. This is where I like to buy my cigarettes. I prefer to shop local and the people are both ethical and hard working, but most of all knowledgeable! I was and am extremely impressed with the level of knowledge and how much I was able to learn from Josh @ the greenzone about these vaporizers and in under an hour. There are so many and I ended up purchasing the kangertech. Wow, I am really impressed with how much it helps! I haven't smoked a cigarette today and it's a miracle! I would have been so lost if I ordered this online or went somewhere else. Josh showed me everything about it and made sure I understood. I really appreciate that, he is a great teacher and I feel much more confident about quitting! He also told me about his experience quitting and it really gave me even more hope! These vaporizers come with a wick that you need to replace maybe once a month and if anything else needs replacing or cleaning or pretty much if you need any help, Josh is happy to help! I heard him and watched him help numerous other people while I was there and with a genuine smile on his face most the entire hour! I wonder if its part of his job to be helpful and to make sure people have their vapes working properly? Because wow...that seriously seems rare for people to go above and beyond like that! It is recognized and appreciated! And it wasn't just me...he was like this to everyone who walked through the door! Great service, selection and people! I highly recommend checking this spot out, if you are thinking about quitting smoking. If you are a smoker...close to the best prices in town. I am trying to quit smoking by switching to vaping first, since it seems to be the only way others have been able to quit, besides the people i know who did it cold turkey. We will see...but I really have hope after that experience! Integrity is first on my list of compliments...but it's a close tie with informing their customers by freely dropping knowledge.
