Amazing staff! Louis and Terri in the front desk are warm and welcoming. Cole is an amazing physical therapist!!! My orthopedic gave him great praises and I understand why. I live in Simi Valley but drive all the way to Newbury Park to see Cole. I work as a dental hygienist, and from time to time my neck locks up and I get excruciating pain in my back and shoulders. I've seen chiropractors and get massages but I'm so glad I tried physical therapy. Not only has my migraines decreased significantly but I also have much greater range of motion and not as stiff as I was before. Cole gave me a bunch of great exercises to work on in office and at home and it has made a world of a difference. I had a Total Knee Replacement in Jan. 2023. My home Pt referred me to Jeff Cooper (owner) who is amazing. At 4 weeks post op I was physically and mentally struggling, I barely could bend my knee past 100 degrees, TKR is a very hard recovery. Jeff spends the entire session with me, he does not hand me off to another assistant, like other facilities do. He is incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging and great at helping you thru recovery. I'm now 13 wks post op and bending 127 unassisted and 137 assisted. I have really progressed and feel a lot is due to Jeff. I have had PT at two othe offices and have never had the degree of attention as you get at Recooperation Physical Therapy. My therapist Steve spends the entire time with me and knows when to push and when to back off. I am recovering from knee surgury on the left complicated by a sprianed ankle on the right, its a long story. At no other office did the Physical Thereapist spend more than a few minutes with me and then passed me to a therapy tech. The staff is friendly and caring. My appointment times are respected and there is never a wait. If I ever need PT again I will never use anybody but Recooperation PT. read more

While the staff is ok, be aware of $20.00 cancellation fee if canceled less than 24 hours. Should post it at the front desk so patients are aware vs getting a surprise bill in the mail. Things do come up especially since their appts are during our work hours and while advance arrangements can be made at work, unexpected emergencies do happen that prevent us the patients from keeping the appointment. Just be aware and if you don't agree with this policy there are other similar offices that provide excellent service without this kind of penalty. read more

Had a hip replacement several months ago and choose Recooperation PT for my therapy and could not be any happier, Jane Maryoung is an excellent therapist as are all the other therapists. All the staff are excellent and you get individualized therapy with an experienced therapist, not just a few minutes. Your entire session is spent with the therapist. I was worked hard by Jane but she was always eager to hear how I was responding and if changes were indicated she did so immediately!
