Except for the punch list group. But even they can't get rolling until next week because the sales team didn't tell you all you needed to do to get to live in your house. The lady there Carmen Collet had been texting me from her personal phone and when I texted her to ask about my KEYS she said no to be texting her personal number!! WTH?? A kitchen drawer had come out with it and the stove pushed in and its hinges through the wall. I reached out multiple times via email and phone call through out the year. It was amazing purchasing the house, they were great and after closing it was as if I didn't matter anymore. Carmen tried to put the blame on the builders of the home to which she was informed that it was indeed their issue to fix since it happened under their care and insurance. I had a stove with bent glass for almost a year, which is a massive safety hazard anytime I used it. At almost a year they finally came out to replace it but I have yet to hear anything back about the holes. I even called recently and was told that someone would get back to me via phone or email and I STILL HAVE NOT gotten any communication. When all I have wanted is a timeline or just updates periodically so I didn't have to sit and wonder if they were going to even get back to me to resolve this issue. When I tried to reach out to Palm Harbor corporate there wasn't even a number on their website from what I saw, it was just customer service for the builder.

No project oversight, constant missteps in contracted work, will charge you about 2x the going rate for any service, misappropriated funds (stole $5k from me) - lied constantly about ordering items I paid for and purchased (never received), and submitted several warranty claims that they were supposed to fix with month after month after month of follow up and it's almost been a year now and no one has contacted me or come out. I've had to reach out to the home manufacturer to reach out on my behalf and Blue Meadow Homes are ignoring them too. Now I am forced to file consumer complaints with my bank, the state, and take them to court. Avoid at all costs.

We told them that we are moving onto a property with nothing and need everything to be into the loan which includes water and electricity however they never mentioned that, that would not included the water meter or the electrical box and wiring from the pole. They over price there stuff. There are a tone of people who haven't posted there bad reviews but have talked about there shitty experience on Facebook so make sure to do extensive research and look at what everyone is saying about this company which is nothing good.
