There are realtors here to assist you in picking a location for your home. They will deliver up to 100 miles prior to adding additional freight charges. You can customize all of the models that you see and change the layout and color. The financing of a TinyHouse can be difficult but they do have a lender you can work with. If you want to secure a decent rate, I'd see if you can pull an RV loan prior to considering a personal loan. Super excited for this adventure in my life.

Very rude not professional at all and can't schedule anything that is on the contract. Have been texting Kelly the manager to come repair the cracks caused in the move and has yet to reply. The home has been on the lot for a month and barely yesterday got someone to come do the decks, which are also on the contract!! The lady there Carmen Collet had been texting me from her personal phone and when I texted her to ask about my KEYS she said no to be texting her personal number!! WTH?? I am gonna report them to the BBB and possibly call corporate, again!! Wish I had listened and gone elsewhere!! Thought they deserved the benefit of the doubt but I was wrong. Stay clear of this place! I have proof of everything I'm saying. Saved all communication, just in case.

When my home was moved the stove was not properly secured. it slid from my kitchen through to my living room. A kitchen drawer had come out with it and the stove pushed in and its hinges through the wall. I reached out multiple times via email and phone call through out the year. I gave benefit of the doubt countless times and I am fed up with the lack of communication. It was amazing purchasing the house, they were great and after closing it was as if I didn't matter anymore. Carmen tried to put the blame on the builders of the home to which she was informed that it was indeed their issue to fix since it happened under their care and insurance. I had a stove with bent glass for almost a year, which is a massive safety hazard anytime I used it. At almost a year they finally came out to replace it but I have yet to hear anything back about the holes. I even called recently and was told that someone would get back to me via phone or email and I STILL HAVE NOT gotten any communication. When all I have wanted is a timeline or just updates periodically so I didn't have to sit and wonder if they were going to even get back to me to resolve this issue. When I tried to reach out to Palm Harbor corporate there wasn't even a number on their website from what I saw, it was just customer service for the builder.

We told them that we are moving onto a property with nothing and need everything to be into the loan which includes water and electricity however they never mentioned that, that would not included the water meter or the electrical box and wiring from the pole. They over price there stuff. There are a tone of people who haven't posted there bad reviews but have talked about there shitty experience on Facebook so make sure to do extensive research and look at what everyone is saying about this company which is nothing good.
