First try's the charm, because the guy on the phone not only took his time to speak with me and answer all of my questions, but even went straight to the back to see if the record was still back there. He could have easily been lazy like some ppl do you and just give you the run around but he didn't and I respected that . They saved the album for me at the front and when I got there it was in great condition and the price was unbelievable . I didn't test it out on my record player first before I shipped it off to a friend, because I didn't want to risk it messing up with my iffy player . Anywho, they assured that everything is tested before they sale it, which made me more confident about going ahead and wrapping it up. The customer service was great and they were super nice . I just really appreciate them for being so professional and standing by their work . My friend received the album and was just sooooo excited . The building may not be the largest, but the hearts that work inside are . Definitely check out this place for your vintage records for sure

They also have so much more like collectibles, musical equipment and much more. You can definitely kill a few hours here if you aren't careful. So much to see. I did find a couple books I wanted at a good price. I also found a used computer keyboard I needed. The books are somewhat organized but finding specific authors can be challenging. Their book collection is extensive. The staff was friendly and there is plenty of parking. I'll be going back to spend more time. I didn't have a lot of time to spend. I still like perusing the store, but I make sure to check online prices as I shop. I think the DVD prices have gotten really bad. The books are still pretty well priced, but that is probably because the original price is printed right on the cover by the publisher. I have given up on trying to take items in to sell. They do worse than low balling you. I miss the old Edward McKay's.

Just when I was about to get this miku figure, I saw that each prize figure was $40!!! FOR A PRIZE FIGURE!! I know $40 isn't that bad but I'm not an extreme money spender unless it's like a really cool item. Btw the staff were nice. They have previously used and new vinyls. I think I saw some cassettes too but wasn't looking for those specifically. I will go back and check now that I have a cassette player.

I saw issues that I wanted, as well as issues I didn't know I wanted. I enjoyed their toy section, as well. But I didn't partake this time because I bought waaay too many comics lol. The young lady at the counter was very helpful and nice. I really appreciated our conversation about the new Superman movie. It was a great visit even though the weather wasn't. I'd gladly take that trek from Charlotte anyway now that I've seen it for myself. If you're in the area, definitely check them out.

It is a cool blast to the past. The Owner Walt is usually there and is great to talk to. They sell vinyl records for as low as $1. Just have to do a little digging. They have all types of music genres and also stand up comedies. They have the oldies and even current music at this Record store. Parking I can see being difficult as this is located in the downtown area but there isn't much going on there on a regular day. Jampac Records also does events from time to time too. Great place would definitely recommend checking them out.

Music is playing the entire time you shop, creates a real nice vibe. Staff is very friendly. The items are previously owned/used but in relatively great condition. They also have cassettes, cd's, and even some movies to choose from.
