He's not getting the proper training that's needed to be successful! And is constantly getting blamed for other people's mistakes as well l for things that are way out of his control. I don't know where this attitude or kid fit came from? They're either intimidated by my husband being a hardworker, something personal is going on between the Forman and office worker or whoever, or they're mad because they don't know how to handle situations like a grown adult. So they throw a fit and play the blame game! Pathetic coming from a so called "Family" company! Can't imagine how these people are outside of their jobs. Whatever it is grow up or leave whatever personal issues you got with my husband to yourself! Not only people aren't mature enough to hold themselves accountable here! But they're also immature to even be acting like this in the first place! What kind of examples are they setting? And why play the blame game! If grown adults work here then freaking act like it! And set your employees up for success! Not for failure! And learn to suck it up and hold yourself accountable instead of playing the blame game like a immature child! If this kind of abuse continues I'll be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau! And they wonder why no one lasts over there, and wants to work. And no wonder why they only hire "Family and anyone related to them" because they'll continue taking their lashes of abuse. My husband bought a washer from them and it leaked plus flooded our pantry and kitchen!!!!! What a nightmare! The repair guy came out and he was great and very helpful but once he left it did the same thing! So we got a replacement until the original washer we bought for was being fixed. Within the last 2 months, I have emailed and called them asking them what happen to the washer we originally purchased which was more expensive than the replacement. Till now I am asking them for the difference since replacement works fine but just not in the best cosmetic condition. Spoke with his wife and she said she would look into the situation but till now still waiting. People make mistakes but we never got an apology or any empathy from these people, they just wanted to cover up their mistakes and get us out of their way! Didn't even offer a refund the first time the machine flooded. In my books, I will never buy or use their products again and we will continue to go to Sears outlet for needed reliable appliances!

He mentioned they may be able to get it done (no promises) by 6pm that day. He was polite, sincere, and empathetic. I submitted the order with fingers crossed. Best part of this?
