We originally scheduled the service for May 6 and later moved it to May 4. Dana arrived about an hour late due to traffic, but she communicated that with me in advance, and I had no issue with it. Dana quoted $350 and described a detailed scope of work in writing, including cleaning window and door tracks, baseboards, inside appliances, bedrooms, closets, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and more. I paid $350 via Venmo only after she completed the job and was preparing to leave, trusting that the work had been done as promised. That evening, I discovered that several key areas had not been touched, including the fridge, oven, microwave, pantry floor, toilet room floor, and all the window and door tracks she specifically listed as included. I sent a calm, respectful message explaining what was missed and asked for a partial refund. I acknowledged that I didn't check everything before paying and owned that mistake, but I expected her to honor the scope she promised. Dana never responded. I followed up again and was eventually blocked on social media. I had to pay another professional $450 at the last minute to finish the job, which added significant stress and financial pressure during an already busy time.
